The Shops at Terrell — Attraction in Terrell

Hello, I have to write this review for this store. I live in Fort Worth About 15/20 min from the Nike store in Tanger Outlet. The unnecessary rudeness is why I called this location. YOU GO WHERE YOU ARE TREATED BEST, even if it means a longer drive. The Customer Service I received on the phone is beyond exceptional. My background before teaching was In Sales/Retail for decades, even in the summers off, and strongly believe in good customer service. When I called, Marya answered, sorry if spelled wrong) was so incredibly sweet. Not just being nice, sincere! I then was transferred to Sam. I am beyond impressed at the level of PURE KINDNESS that was given. I was having a bad day, Tanger Location just made it worse. When the conversation ended. My day went from crummy ready for it to be over to....OK LETS GET THIS DAY STARTED. Whether or not they will be able to help me, the customer service alone, the pure kindness shown, I WILL 100% ALWAYS go to this Location, Thank you both so much, I truly mean it. Good Service just is not the surface of helping, it is actually taking a sincere interest in helping. Just being kind. Honestly, some of which can’t be taught. I really like shopping here, although it is somewhat out of the way for me. The customer service center is GREAT!! I joined their loyalty club years ago for $10.00 and it really pays off. They give you a free coupon book and a bottle of water if you are a member and you drop by.

The Haggar outlet has WONDERFUL prices and selection! I LOVE IT!!

Vitamin World is the only one in the area to the best of my knowledge and they have a good variety of products although I don't think they have "outlet" pricing.

My wife likes the Dress Barn store but, once again, they don't seem to have "outlet" pricing that is noticeably lower than other Dress Barn stores. Same goes for Torrid, Lane Bryant, and Christopher & Banks. Good stores but standard prices. I guess that the coupon book makes them more cost-effective, though!

Kitchen Collection has a wide variety of great kitchen gadgets at attractive prices.

There's a movie theater but I've never tried it. Popcorn smells good.

Great place to go when it's not too hot. Way better than going to Town East Mall that's for sure. Less stores but the stores they have are great. I went this past weekend and it was tax free weekend and I did not spend hours in line trying to check out like I've seen on some people's stories. I will always go to these outlets. My kids always love going their. One of the stores I can never come out empty handed is Nike. I bought some shoes that were $20 plus an additional 30% and free taxes! The shoes are real pretty too. That's just an example. But everything I bought I am sure I got the best prize. Oh and one last thing it's always super easy to find a parking space their. They have a lot of space.
