Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory — Restaurant in Terrell

I bought two of the caramel apples with pecans for my wife and daughter..My wife got all the way to the last piece of her apple and there was a little worm on her caramel apple mixed in with the pecans..You can tell it was there for a while because the worm was stuck in the caramel like a pecan..If they hadn't cut up the apple into pieces, she would have not seen it and ate it. This was beyond gross, my daughter already ate hers and my wife ate hers down to the last piece so hopefully there were not any others on it and they did not eat any..My wife can't stop gargling and her and my daughter feel like they want to throw up. I tried calling the store so I could tell them and for them to check their food before they actually sell it to customers and there was no answer. I would give them zero stars but they make you give at least one star..I wish this gave you the option to post a picture so I could show it..Recommend anybody who chooses to eat here after this review to thoroughly check your food and make sure that your not eating any insects..I will be making a...

This is the 2nd time that I have asked for milk chocolate bears with pecans and was given peanuts. The first time I spoke with the owner who was rude I might add, that he initially didn’t want to back up his employee mistake. Saying that he couldn’t resale the candy however I stop to buy candy every time I go through and I live in Louisiana and visit the store frequently. At this point I would rather take my money and business elsewhere. But if your hiring young kids make sure there aware of the products that they are selling so these situation wouldn’t happen...

Got chocolate covered strawberries they were ok and a chocolate covered apple that was really good. Customer service was bad the girl who "helped" us wasn't friendly at all. This was our first time here so we didn't know what to get and she asked us if we were ready to order and we told her we were looking and she asked us like 3 or 4 more times in less than 2 minutes like she was on hurry. We felt uncomfortable because we couldn't even looked around to see what they had with out feeling the pressure to hurry...
