Elle & Co. Styling Salon — Attraction in Thiensville

This is where you come if you’re looking for an elevated salon experience and stylists that offer the current trends in color, extensions and cuts.

I’ve been coming to this salon since April 2021.

It’s huge. Each stylist has plenty of space, which I appreciate because who wants to feel crammed in a corner or right on top of another client?

Nor do you have to worry about inhaling strong chemical odors from products or treatments during what might be hours long appointments. The space is wide open and well ventilated.

Shampoo bowls are comfy with a wide space for neck support and foot stools! (My neck and back are grateful for these little things.)

The decor is modern minimalist chic and exceptionally clean.

A boutique at the front of the salon offers professional hair care products as well as well-curated clothes and accessories at incredible prices! It is off to the side so you don’t feel like you’re going through a gift shop after the roller coaster ride at the amusement park. It’s great to browse through while my color is processing.

I love all the extra touches the salon offers like seasonal (n/a) beverages. Yes, you can get Lacroix OR you can order (from a menu!) a sparkling water on ice with cranberries and a sprig or rosemary (for example). Experience elevated!

The crew here are very sweet and each of them is at the top of their game as stylists (Although I have my ride or die hair fairy god mother, Tina).

There is plenty of parking in a safe and well lit lot. Booking online with a stylist is easy. And lastly, the WiFi network is strong so you can still get work done while your stylist...

From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease thanks to the warm and inviting atmosphere of the salon. The team made me feel welcome and took care of my every need, ensuring that my visit was nothing short of exceptional.

But - it was Kate who truly made my experience unforgettable. She was attentive and truly listened to my hair concerns and what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or like I was just another client in her chair. Her talent and passion for her craft shone through, leaving me feeling like a new person after my appointment. I couldn't stop admiring my new hair in the mirror!

Aside from the exceptional level of service and skill, the salon itself is stunning. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the design, from the lighting to the decor. It all feels very intentional and creates a serene atmosphere that made me feel relaxed and pampered.

I recently visited Elle&Co for a hair transformation, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of a miracle! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a vibrant atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The staff here clearly knows how to have fun while working their magic!

My stylist, Samire, was not only incredibly talented but also hilarious! We spent the entire appointment laughing, and chatting. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered some brilliant suggestions that suited my face shape and personality perfectly.

The service was impeccable; I never felt rushed, and the entire team worked together seamlessly to ensure I was comfortable and happy. The hair transformation itself was astounding! I walked in with tired, dull hair and walked out feeling like a million bucks. The color, cut, and styling were all spot-on.
