Nice peaceful area to take a walk/hike. Its also a dog park except Wednesday and Sunday. The path along the park is about a mile, and theres a trail that leads all the way to the bus way. Beware... This is a MARSHlike area. And if it rained recently there will be giant puddles, and lots of mud.

It's A Beautiful Place To Walk Your Dog or To Just Walk and Look at Amazing Nature! Very Peaceful, I Love It! But if you wanna walk your dog there, you have to get a Thornburg Tag for them or you can get a fine and Yes they check regularly!! The Tag is $50 and worth EvEry PennY, Promise!!

Very nice park although I do believe dog owners need to be more responsible for cleaning up after there dog and controlling the dogs from jumping on others who are enjoying the trails also.I now know there are dog free days which gives others a chance to go to the park without animals which is a fair concept although not fair when my kid steps in poo. Be responsible ,clean up ,carry a leash just in case to protect your pet and others you never know...

Not welcome to dogs. Took my dog on a walk on a sunday and was yelled at by a very nasty man. Also despite having no signs about it, its only avaliable to pass holders as a way of keeping people out. I was told I could face a 600 dollar fine for breaking those two rules. No park is worth dealing with nasty people with nasty...
