Subway — Restaurant in Crafton

On a past visit, while at my MIL doing yardwork, they REFUSED to make 6 sandwiches for us - said we had to order in advance for "large orders".

This past Sunday while setting up my MIL pool, she had the bright idea to order from this PLACE again. I was eating my spicy Italian sub and noticed it tasted off. Wasn't sure what, but definitely didn't taste right. After eating about 1/3 of the sub, I tried taking off sauce via the veggies and discovered that the meat had an AWFUL smell. The meat was old, rotten and RANCID. Knowing what I just ate, I immediately threw up - unfortunately nit enough to rid my body of the POISON I just ingested. Have been feeling awful and confined to either bed or toilet since Sunday night. Found out that my MIL has ALSO been sick from her turkey sub.

Will NEVER be coming ANYWHERE NEAR this establishment again!!

UPDATE Two other family members ALSO got sick and have been having stomach issues from eating here that day.

A week later, and I STILL can not keep anything in/down except a few crackers here and there, some water and a LITTLE bit...

This is under 'new' ownership as of when?... not sure but I came here recently, on the1st day they opened under the new ownership. No one greeted me.... No one smiled... It felt like I was in a prison cafeteria line. I called and spoke to store Mgr., who explained the new owner, whom I asked for was 'out of town'...and told me it was everyone's first day.... I asked her why the employees don't greet their customers, and at least smile, ... She said she'd address it.... I doubt she ever did... Her loss... I returned today... Nothing changed...1 guy + same Mgr. on prep line, and today is Saturday... My sandwich was sloppily made,..and when I asked for condiments, you'd think a bee stung them... Poor attitude! from guy and store Mgr., who btw, made my sandwich... I won't ever!! come to this location... I know now in these days, good help is hard to find, but the hired help here, gets a '0' for their services.... behind the store Mgr., who doesn't seem to care!!...and was soooo rude!! Why would I pay someone to be...

I've ordered here 3 times, and each time my order was incorrect. The first two times they remade it. This time they sucked their teeth when they saw me coming back, so I just asked for a refund.

Update, I gave it another shot. For a while they had an amazing employee that did a great job. She quit a few months ago, and now there doesn't seem to be anyone left that can make a sandwich. They won't even close the sandwich so that you can eat it. The toppings are just in the wrapper and soaked through the bag by the time you get it home. They roll the paper into the center of the sandwich.

I politely asked for a refund and was told I have to wait for a manager tomorrow or the next day. I asked for it to be remade instead and she refused. Please just save yourself the trouble. Making sandwiches is not difficult, but it's a challenge...
