Chino & Letty's — Attraction in Tifton

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this venue. While the place itself is beautifully decorated and has a lot of potential, the staff’s behavior ruined what should have been a pleasant visit.

The security team was unprofessional and treated our guests with unnecessary hostility. Even worse, the owner herself displayed a disrespectful and confrontational attitude. She openly disrespected a family member of mine over something completely trivial, right in front of me.

It’s a real shame, because the atmosphere and aesthetics of the location are truly nice — but no matter how beautiful a place is, poor customer service can drive people away. If the staff doesn’t improve their treatment of guests, this venue will quickly lose...
