Updated Review: Total Scam - Avoid This Place!
If I could give negative stars, I would. I took my wife’s iPhone here for a screen replacement, and they charged me $280 for what they claimed was a “high-quality” screen. What I actually got was a cheap knockoff that didn’t even fit the phone properly.
The screen sticks out on the edges, making it feel loose and uneven. It’s dim, unresponsive, and started glitching almost immediately. It was obvious from the start that this was not an original-quality part, despite their false assurances.
When I went back to the store to complain, they outright denied responsibility and refused to fix the issue or offer a refund. I ended up taking the phone to AT&T for a proper replacement, and even their technician was stunned. They said it was the cheapest knockoff screen they had ever seen.
Response to the Business: Your response to my original review is not only misleading but completely inaccurate. Let’s clarify a few things: I did bring the phone back to your store to address the issue, and you outright refused to take responsibility or provide a solution. If your phone calls are truly recorded, they’re irrelevant here because I handled this issue in person. Claiming to use “only high-quality parts” is laughable. The screen you installed was so poorly made that even the AT&T technician called it the cheapest knockoff screen they’ve ever seen. The fact that it didn’t even sit flush in the phone proves the low quality of the part. As for your so-called warranty, it’s worthless if you refuse to honor it when customers bring legitimate complaints to your attention. You had an opportunity to resolve the issue when I came to your store, but instead, you denied any accountability.

Read moreI recently purchased a galaxy s20 ultra and decided to stop here for a phone case. i was not greeted and when i was shown to the phone cases they only had one small designated row of s20 ultra cases to choose from(less than 20). I was super dissapointed. when i asked about any that were shock/drop proof he pointed to 4 cases.none of the cases had prices on them and not in packaging. i asked how much similar cases were in which he told me $20..but the other ones would be more expensive. hesitant but just in need i purchased the $20 which i noticed had a shock proof sticker in it. i was not given a receipt i paid in cash. i got out to my vehice and went to switch cases and immediately noticed dust and scratches on the phone case itself luckily it was just the protective screen over the magnetic holder..however i did not feel the purchase was worth it especially with the lack of customer service provided. the case hardly keeps my phone inside of it . i personally would suggest somewhere else or purchasing online when it comes to the ones they have here.they were not helpful to my questions or needs. cases selling for those prices should be BRAND NEW CONDITION not flawed and properly cleaned inspected for being put on the floor for customers with more detailed information on the specific types of phone cases you carry and there specifications. my photos show the case right when i got it with the dust accumulated on the product...
Read moreDo not listen fullheartidly to reviews here, they offer a 5$ discount for leaving a review. While it doesn't need to be 5 stars, its a psychological trick to get people to review highly, people will more likely than not only leave high reviews in favor of thinking its tied.
Some things could've been handled better, the owner did not leave a voicemail making us think it was a scam number rather than a real phone number. They did not text either, as they said they could also. My phone was down around 11:30AM and I was not aware of it at all. The owner did proceed to apologize over to the phone of me, but claiming he was busy since another call came in and he forgot is an honest mistake, but still one enough to be aware of.
Despite this review, the service was fine, there was no issues with my screen replacement. But there were still some things not handled.
The person serving me, who I was informed does not speak very good english, still lacked basic customer skills like apologizing for inconviencences was not present. The owner informed me this is because he is new to the country, which is nothing to hold him against, but it still should be something he knows.
Overall, the business aspect was fine. My phone works perfect and there's no issues as of writing this, but the shady psycological techniques into trying to get people to leave reviews will often give this place a higher review than it really...
