I scheduled an appointment to have a CPU tested because I wanted to know if it was dead. I supplied them with MY OWN motherboard, power supply, cables, and a spare CPU. I tested all my components before I left my house to ensure they were in working order, and I gave them everything they would need to test the components themselves. When I arrived I explained to them that I wanted to have a CPU tested and all the other components I was giving them were in working order. They called me 3 hours later to tell me that my motherboard was bad (It wasnt),and that wasn't even what I scheduled my appointment for. They told me it would cost $45. When I arrived back to the store and asked if I could have a discount because I knew my motherboard was not the problem. The lady at the front desk said she would ask the Technician. She returned a few minutes later and told me they could discount the price to $22.50 at which point I asked what they had done to test my parts. She told me that they could not get the computer to display anything and concluded that it was a bad motherboard. At this point, knowing that they couldn't help me, I paid the $22.50 so I could go home. I collected my parts and decided to test my "bad motherboard" when I got home. I took my parts out of the box without altering anything they had done to them. I plugged it in, and as expected the computer booted up with no issues just like it did before I even took my CPU to be tested. The included pictures are the computer turned on, and the boot screen that they apparently couldn't get to display. If you need some work done on your computer you would be better off googling it or finding a real computer repair shop. Update: The owner replied trying to shift blame to me when I already explained in detail what I had an issue with. I visited to have a CPU tested and I provided them a 2nd CPU that worked incase they needed it. I also provided them with all the working components to a computer minus a hard drive and a case. They told me the motherboard was bad. I went home and put the working CPU into the "bad motherboard" and it booted just fine. I explained my problem when I arrived to the store, and in my review. Blaming the customer for your shortcomings is just bad business.

I had used Kason a few years ago, so when my computer started to act up of course I used Peeples Computer services again. Within one week, I had my computer back with an upgrade. I love it! No surprises! He told me how much it may cost, and sure enough, it was a very fair price. Kason is very knowledgeable on what he does. I left him a voice mail and he got back to me the next day. I will always use his services!! If you are looking for good customer service, look no more. This guy is the best! He always goes goes the extra...

Dropped off my girlfriends laptop a couple weeks ago due to a booting issue. Paid the $23 or somewhere in that range and was told i would hear something in the next couple days. It has been 2 weeks, no call and Noone is ever there when we have had time to stop by. She has left a message and I left a message today, we will see if I hear back. I left it for repair, not to store it for us for a few weeks. Bad...
