If I could give ZERO stars I would! You have a "manager" that doesn't care about customer service! She is on the taller side with blonde hair, I've asked for her name before and she refused to give it to me. So I waited until one evening and went in, that manager was professional and apologized for the other managers actions. Apparently the "manager" name is Maria. I told her she has no reason to apologize for another person's behavior! With that being said here's just a few issues. Denying sales on her shift saying they didn't have hamburger meat or milkshakes came in the next day it was a superstar burger and milkshake I had wanted to purchase. I had came thru and wanted the Hardee's original bag and their was a new employee at the drive thru and couldn't get my order taken correct and finally someone came in and said they had my order but when I got to the window My order still wasn't correct and asked for a manager and no one could find her she was outside smoking and watching her team struggle which I've seen multiple times this same manager outside smoking at the side door smoking it looks very unprofessional and not everyone wants to smell smoke before eating especially me. Having been a General manager she'd been out the door so fast! All other employees I have seen all other employees that smoke go to the dumpster area. My family and I eat at Hardee's a lot and things are always satisfactory unless this manager is working. We eat breakfast and lunch there because we do generally love the food quality and service from the rest of your staff but this lady is ruining your business, she also degrades other employees to customers. She is definitely not a leader, I've managed many food places and would NEVER allow a team member let alone a manager to behave this way! She ignores customers she just watches them stand there instead of taking their order! What kind of manager should be allowed to act that way, it's certainly not conducive for other employees to see. I hate leaving a negative review, but this woman hit me the wrong way for the final time! You are going to lose customers if you keep her there. I for one will not tolerate this kind of behavior, I am a customer she is supposed to care about each and every customer. I have tried ordering indoors and I've seen her GIVE AWAY food, apparently it's her "family" so you mean to tell me you can't take nor make my order either correct or even at all, but can simply give food away to certain people. That is not only beyond rude, but that is STEALING from the company! Deny sales to me and my family, but give food away to them and that was AFTER telling me there was no hamburger meat in the store. So i was going to settle for chicken, then i see her hand out hamburgers to her own family and/or friends. I am DONE with Hardee's in toccoa unless I see changes be made. I have a large family and we are all sick of this kind of behavior. Besides what's the point in going to Hardee's. If we're going to be denied food. Someone needs a reality check, I was speechless the first time. I know it is hard being a manager, but I have always made certain my managers treated each and every customer the way they would want to be treated plus some. I only expect the very best out of a manager they are supposed to lead in a professional way and show the rest of the team that works with them to treat customers with the utmost respect. You have a rotten apple that is only going to bring that place down. Read moreMy son and friends was in hardees they ordered 2 kid meals and a combo my son's friend had a Lazer light and was asked not to shine it in the cashier eyes and a lady came from the back line and made a comment about refusing service to those LITTLE BASTARDS my son came home and told me. I was furious! No one should EVER speak to a child like that it is unacceptable and beyond unprofessional! The sun said the cashier was talking to the little boy with the light and the lady came back up front and stated again to refuse them service still! I'm not sure of the lady's name, but NO ONE deserves to have spoken to or within hearing distance the way the lady from back line did! She didn't just come up once she came up there twice talking rudely! The woman on front line my sun said was nice and explained that the light not only could hurt someone's eye, but if someone has seizures it could cause them to have one. That lady in the back had no business speaking to my child or his friends in that manner! The front line told her they were fine and had it under control. The rude lady actually told the woman up front to refuse them service! No one with that attitude needs to be working with the public! The child put the light up as asked front line lady asked she was polite and had no issue with the children after. He was apoplectic and listened and did not use the light anymore. Read moreI went through the drive through and the employee was very energetic, enthusiastic, and engaging. The employee recommended several options and went over what was on each sandwich I asked. The employee let me know that it would be a seven minute wait for fresh apple pies and fresh French fries which I stated that's not a problem at all. I pulled up and waited then the employee Mr. Lewis proceeded to hand me the order and was genuinely friendly and outgoing. The customer service I experienced from Mr. Lewis was beyond exceptional and above the call of customer service duty. I tried the new candied bacon Frisco burger. It comes with four slices of candied sweet bacon, two slices of Swiss cheese, tomato, and mayonnaise. It was absolutely delicious and savory. I will definitely be having another one in the future. The apple pies were piping hot and fresh which Mr. Lewis was kind enough to warn me that the pies would be hot and to be careful.
