How should I put it... Went in a few different times . first time young lady working for Acceptance Now can be very rude , loud, and have unnecessary comments. I went in another time I didn't realize it was closing and she just stopped working on the order and told me to come back another day instead of taking up my time why she didn't say it when I first sat down I will never know. Third time the guy that was working with me said I was in a better mood so that let me know that they don't think they are the problem they blame the customers.(NO ONE SHOPS IN BAD MOOD) ITS THE EXPERIENCES IN YOUR STORE THAT A PERSON MOOD SHIFTS... furniture shopping is a luxury so people are happy .. Excited ..glad.. (Buisness 101 know your customers) I ask the young lady to stop talking so loud . She just assume something was wrong with me or think I was in a bad mood because I don't want anyone yelling in my ear nor yelling my personal information! The older guy Terry need to work at a prison because he is just down right MEAN! smh.. The lady that work at the glass desk next to register is there saving grace she's a sweetheart! My sales guy stressed me the hell out because I wasn't quick enough for him lol just need to understand that people rarely shop with bad moods if they do have one its because of an employee being rude or being mistreated by his coworker when he wasn't around.. but other than that he was AWESOME! and...

I've done business with this place numerous times, and have always had a great experience. I recently ordered furniture, my salesman Mark was awesome. Very helpful, very attentive. My problem came with delivery. The delivery guys literally dropped my furniture in my livingroom still wrapped in plastic and cardboard and left. Anytime I've ordered anything they have always set it up for me. They didn't offer a helping hand, they didnt give further direction, or anything else. So here I am a little petite lady trying to unravel all of this stuff to get to the furniture. It did not come complete as i have the challenge of screwing the legs on myself. It does not have pre-drilled holes. I am half way dying trying to make holes to screw the legs as I do not own a power drill. The furniture is not really heavy, but very big and hard for one person to manage. Especially, since I have to flip it to get everything off, and flip it several more times to assemble the legs. Which by the way this is a 3pc set. Here it is 4 hours later and I still have a whole section left to put legs on. This is by far the worst experience I have had, and I doubt that I will order from here again. I would rather spend the extra money at another store that will at the very least give you the option of having it assembled for you. I'm very disappointed, because I loved this place.
