I have a local business that has the Razelle 360 business plan. Thank goodness I do because this plan and Razelle's exceptional service saved me a ton of money! I needed to improve my wifi speed so I upgraded my plan with my carrier. They sent me something in a box, and I was supposed to be able to install it myself! I had no idea what to do with it so I called Razelle. Timothy from Razelle was an enormous help in discerning my exact needs, explaining to me that what I ordered was much more expensive than what I really needed, renegotiating my plan with my carrier, and that, in the end, saved me over $100 per month! Razelle basically stole My money, I went in for a DirectX error issue and I couldn't get my microphone interface to connect with my acid pro music program I was told they could resolve the issue after 2 weeks the issue had not been resolved I was called to get my computer and when I got home I had found an additional issue with my acid pro music program, I was told to bring it back but they head technician explained he did not know anything about music programs, I asked why the technician I spoke with led me to believe he could fix my issue and he was not able to produce an explanation.
