do not recommend, most places will be better than this, save yourself & your family some money/trouble & go anywhere else. Slum lords ; wouldn't pass a home inspection(roots growing into foundation etc)pot holes, anytime it rains it floods bad & parts of the kids park float around-that used to be the flea infested dog park they lied saying they treated but in fact did no such thing before installing the kids park, people are having to live with mold in their apartments & they lie about doing anything about it, they did nothing about a resident shooting bb guns at the dogs at the dog park for no reason so not even safe to walk your dogs, anybody who had dogs in the complex had to walk their dogs elsewhere outside of the complex because somethings wrong inside the complex that many house pets absolutely refuse to potty in the complex,if you like to have decor or anything at all whatsoever besides a matt on your porch or patio unless you're on the second floor because of landscaping now you don't-plants included oh & its not the complex's fault & they're not going to do anything about i the landscapers only speak spanish, they offer a third party system to split pay your rent- wouldn't suggest it because if you do any electronic pay rent that way or through the complex I promise at some point they're gonna try to double tap your account even though you've already paid & they're not responsible for the fact that they tried to double charge you now you have to pay an nsf fee for them trying to double charge you so make sure to only pay with money order if you don't want to be screwed over get signature too or they'll lose your check 🙃🥲, most appliances are faulty like when my stove went into flames from simply warming a singular tortilla & they tried to tell me that I "just can't turn the heat up that high"... how high do you really think I had my stove on for tortillas? There still isn't a fire extinguisher in the unit. The neighbors toilet randomly started leaking as did mine,, from the bottom & the tub. Poor maintenance guys couldn't even figure out how to change the ac air filter let alone the bathroom exhaust fan they would just look poke at then it would work long enough for them to leave &immediately go right back out, same with the dishwasher.Half the outlets & lights in the apt. don't work half the time & getting management or maintenance to do anything is like pulling nails unless they want something from you suddenly its so very urgent, the maintenance guys are very nice though and try their best to be helpful truly. Patio door wasn't even on correctly was very obviously put on not only upside down but backwards upon explaining such requesting for them to fix it they refused swore up & down its correct even though the sliding door doesn't even functioning properly, the roach infestation is horrible no matter what you do & you can only get the treatement you pay for monthly every 2 weeks only if you specifically request to be put on the list exactly 2 days before service & they change which day they service without notification based on how it benefits them because they forgot to add you to the list but won't admit it or fix it etc.(management not pest control, the pest control people are very nice) Its actually disgusting i had to throw away majority of my electronics due to this regardless of my continous efforts, cleaning became utterly pointless & they would skip my apartment then lie about it saying they couldn't treat because my deadbolt was locked but i had already left for the morning 30 minutes prior to which i cannot lock my deadbolt from the outside..parking is atrocious & they expect you to pay a fee for each additive they've created i.e gate access parking sticker(which is fair) &even though they have reserved spots not in use they remain there pushing tenants who chose not to pay an extra $30 per vehicle monthly just to be able to park where they pay to live to park out of the complex. I could continue really but the point is there are more cons than pros, this is not the complex for...
Read moreI feel so bad for my son and his family. He has a wife and 3 small children. He works in Tomball and she is a stay at home mom for now. He was excited to move closer to work and to find something they can afford right now until they have more income. This past Saturday my son was moving in. He tried to move in Thursday, but the apt was not ready, then again on Friday night still not ready. The apt office said they had to send a cleaning person out there still. I am thinking my son paid for him to move in Thursday and you are just now sending a cleaning person out. Saturday comes and their so called cleaning was a disgrace. Whoever cleans there should be fired. I would hate to see their home. My son proceeded to move in that afternoon after they "cleaned". Ha! My son and his younger brother moved some belongings in, then my son's wife and 3 little ones followed them and they weren't there but a few hours and at 2am Sunday morning he called me saying the place is dirty and we are being ran out by roaches. I could not believe it. They arrive at my house exhausted and half asleep. The kids were confused and you can tell just wanted to be in a bed. I was furious. These are my kids and my grandchildren, I could not just let them go back to this filth. I had to see it for myself. I went to the apartment after Easter Brunch with my sister and my son. Oh my goodness. I have never seen anything like it. A TON of roaches everywhere. I mean everywhere. Millions of them.We were killing them all over the place. We sprayed and laid out bait for the roaches and cleaned that entire apartment from top to bottom. There was a pile of roaches on the floor that we swept up. A pile!! We found that the stove had faulty wiring. Could have possibly started a fire. Cracks, small holes and just badly cleaned and painted interior. Some people including the front office and whoever "cleaned" that apt may be ok with living like this, but this is not ok for some. There are children moving into this apartment. I saw roaches crawling on their beds, on their stuff, on the walls and floors. Just amazes me how another person can possibly think this is safe and healthy living. They do not have a washer and dryer connection and they pay how much?? The laundry room down the walkway has maybe 4 washers and 2 of them looked broken and there was a flood of water on the floor. I see my son trying his best to make a good life for his young family and trying to do this without having to ask for help from anyone. I wish he would have done more research and look at other properties cause this place... needs a lot of work. I hope he just signed a year so he can get the heck out of there. I do think his neighbors were friendly. I will give it that. So for...
Read moreThis is a pretty long review but if you are interested in becoming a tenant here, please read =) I want to start off by saying, I am giving MY 100% honest review here. I don't work for the apartments and I don't have any kind of personal relationship, (other than being tenant) with anyone here. I don't drop off cookies every other day, I don't swing by to say hello, not even to pay my rent since I have auto pay (awesome by the way). I am stating this because I know some people tend to believe "it's too good be true, it's probably an employee", but nope, I'm just your regular ol' tenant here. What made me decide to leave a review was what happened today...I noticed my AC wasn't working and was dreading the idea of sleeping sweaty tonight, I picked up the phone, and dialed the front office, it was 5:40 pm. Teresa, answered the phone, she is the manager here. All I said was, "hi, my AC is out...". Teresa mentioned that the maintenance crew might have already called it a day, put me on a short hold, and within 20 minutes, I was thanking the gentleman (who's name has totally slipped my mind right now) as he was leaving my apartment, my AC was back up and running. Yeah, that quick. During my quick chat with Teresa, I mentioned that there were 2 black widows by my window (outside), she immediately offered pest control, and removal by the person coming by to work on the AC. Since they were outside, pest control wasn't really needed but it felt good to hear that she offered me solutions on the spot! I also wanted to post this because I've had a couple of weird conversations with a few other tenants here that had shared some negative comments about management and maintenance. It was more of a personal kind of bashing. The tenants wanting a specific carpet or flooring, and didn't get it. When it comes to that, everyone knows, there are things an apartment complex can and can't do. Like carpets, they can't be changed once a year, I mean, who wouldn't want new carpet every year but that makes no sense, expense wise to an apartment complex. So if it's not time for a carpet change, and it has normal "wear and tear", you can't get upset at that. I can say this, every time I've called, I've had a solution. No problems. Today, was just "Jimmy John's quick" ha! So I felt, the least I can do, is throw a thumbs up their way =) no AC would have been the worse. Thank you management and maintenance, for responding so quickly!!! My family and I truly...
