0 out of 10. Do not recommend I’ve been purchasing at this Pizza Hut for years. Today, the system sent my order to the wrong location and while trying to obtain a refund for an order I didn’t receive I was given the run around. I then went into the store to speak with the manager and I was told by the server he was next door at the convenient store. As I sit and wait to speak to him, I see him come in the store and go to the back. After waiting another 10 minutes I ask the server again for the manager and she states he’s on a call. Wait the same manager I just saw walk back in the restaurant and pass me? Then, the server ask for my number again and tells me the general manager will contact me. He was never going to contact me but he didn’t realize I was in store “ another lie in my face “. She then calls him back, because she realizes I wasn’t going to leave until I spoke to someone.After she hangs up, she proceeds to give me the number to the store that my pizza was sent to (over a hour away) . Next, she tells me they couldn’t help me and questioned why I wanted to speak to a manager, after I’ve set there for 40 minutes. I then let her know I wanted to speak to manager to receive clarity on the previous order and how those situations are handled and also place an order as my family still hasn’t eaten. Read moreI ordered 2 large pizzas online from this Pizza Hut. I don't know if it was phone, my internet, or pizza hut's site but it kept jumping while I was ordering. But I guess I added chicken as one of the toppings. Didn't realize it until I was out in the car about to leave. I went back into the store and explained what happened, and the lady who was about to get off for the evening apologizes, took the pizza and said that she would remake it (She was awesome btw! Really nice!) No problem. I walk back outside and was followed by a blonde hair guy runs outside with the receipt saying that I had to be rung up for the new pizza because it said on the receipt that I ordered chicken and it wasn't their fault. He kept repeating it over and over again. Honestly I wasn't even sure he worked there because he was wearing sweat pants. It was obviously my fault. But the reason for this review is when the new pizza was ready - the same blonde guy gave me the new one. I asked about the other pizza that I paid for - he acted shocked and asked me if I wanted the one with chicken? I was like Yeah! I paid for both of them didn't I? Read moreFirst, the main and only pro- delivery was fast. The web app predicted that it would arrive after an hour and fifteen minutes, but it got to the hotel in just half an hour. The delivery driver was also a super nice guy who checked with the front desk to make sure I got my pizza when I didn't answer the door.
The only problem is that I ordered an Ultimate Cheesy Crust pizza and I'm not entirely sure what went wrong. Normally it's supposed to have these cool cheesy pockets you can tear off and eat separately, filled with that stuffed crust cheese that's super gooey.
Instead, well, you know what they say - a picture is worth a thousand words.
I think they must have dumped the stuffed crust cheese they put in the pockets on the whole pizza. This turned the pizza into a greasy mess. Add the fact that it was underbaked and you have a severe case of indigestion just waiting to happen. The pepperoni being piled around haphazardly was like the cherry on top of it all.
Also, the thin crust pizza I ordered was supposed to have bacon and onions. Instead it just was double pepperoni.
My tip would be to take longer with the order to make sure it comes out right. I'd have been happier if the order had taken an extra half hour but was actually what I wanted. On the bright side, at least the double pepperoni...
