I recently had the pleasure of visiting HteaO, a delightful tea shop that exceeded all my expectations. As soon as I stepped foot inside, I was greeted by a charming ambiance and a wide selection of teas. One of the standout features of HteaO is their provision of small cups to sample different tea flavors, allowing customers to explore and discover their personal favorites.

Okay I admit when this place first opened I told my mother that I would give it about a month or two before they would close just like all the other businesses at this location. All that said I decided one day to try it. I have definitely changed my mind. I absolutely love their Texas Chia tea and am getting every chance I get. It's a nice blend of the cinnamon try and I think clove with the black tea without overwhelming any of it is slightly sweet again without any one ingredient overwhelming the other which for those of us who do drink chai we know it's a delicate balance. During the spring they have had a strawberry flavored te a with fresh strawberries and the first time I stopped they were sold out by noon I was lucky enough to get it the next visit in a mini and it was wonderful. I'm not a fan of overly sweet tea so I typically order unsweetened and add my own sugar cane later since I don't particularly care for the artificial flavors. So it's nice to see that they do give you the options of mixing the sweetened and the unsweetened in certain measures if you want to have lightly sweetened tea for those of us who aren't from the south or who aren't honey badgers. 😁

The service has been friendly and professional while it may be new and that may influence the people have met. All that said tthey seem to enjoy their job and it comes out in the service that I've received the four times...

Had the manager addressed me....I More than likely wouldn't have written this review.....

I Absolutely lov-(ed) this place until my last experience.... Purchased 8 gallons with their promo (BuY 3 get 4th free)...The first gallon tasted EXTREMELY WEAK...got to the second gallon and it had absolutely NO FLAVOR (it was like colored water)....I called and spoke to the MOD and she said "NO WORRIES" Bring both the empty and full (frozen ones in) and Well make it right.... The morning before I came in I called to ensure that they would have the 8 gallons prepared and ready (As the previous MOD MENTIONED THAT THIS IS A TEA they would have to be "PRE"-prepare)...

Well .....when I Spoke with the GM Today she was very INTERROGATIVE... (BUT) my point of my call early that day was to ensure that they steeped MY TEAS so that it had FLAVOR (per MOD)...

Anyways, after all that HOOP-LA I came in.....they had the TEAS ready and I went to the restroom (2.5min) asked to speak to the GM and she doesn't want to speak to me....

I'm SORRY WHAAAT?...

Bottom line is..

1.) If YOU want mehh tea come here 2.) if YOU want HORRIBLE customer service YOUR WELCOME HERE TOO....
