Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Tomball

This place is nasty! I just had lunch from here 5 mild tenders. An good thing I break them apart before eating them had raw chicken. I called the "shift" manager Carlos says "Well ma'am we cooked alot of chicken in that batch an no-one else called saying that. He asked me to bring the chicken back which I have no problem doing. I did told him I'm off lunch an back at work I can't come right back he says come tomorrow then. I don't live in the Tomball area so tomorrow is not an option we agreed on Monday. I then asked for Corporate number he ask another employee she says very rude it's on the receipt I don't know it. He then lies an says it's under the address on the receipt no it's not it's your store phone number. Carlos then says well go online to feedback an tell them. After reading the reviews I see continuing to call won't make a difference. I called to see if I could get a refund or a coupon SOMETHING to remedy the horrible service and even worst chicken we received. Looks like all the reviews are the same as well as the manager response. The manager always says sorry and come again. Really? Went to the drive thru about 7:45pm and the chicken we received for $30.00 had apparently been sitting since the 5pm dinner rush. It was cold, we ask for classic and received spicy. We couldn't even tear it apart. I guess management is okay losing customers. This has got to be the best Popeyes I have ever been too. Let me tell you why, it is mostly bc of the guy that works there. I wish I knew his name omg he deserves a raise! I ordered the same thing I always order right... I pay.... he asks me if I would like honey for my biscuit???? Ummm I didn't realize I wanted honey with my biscuit but YES, definitely! I have never even been asked before. He hands me my drink & food. I notice the drink seems a little different than normal. I love their strawberry lemonade "chilled". Instead of ice he put a little of the "frozen" strawberry lemonade on top. That was the absolute best strawberry lemonade I have ever had! Plus the best service as well. He went above and beyond in my opinion & that was the first time I had been to that particular Popeyes. I imagine he does wonderful things for other people as well & I think he deserves...
