I purchased a refrigerator from this store and had problems with it upon delivery. I asked for a another refrigerator due to loud noises coming from it. They said no they will send someone to look at it. The repair guy came and "fixed it". It stopped working . Had to throw out all the food from the freezer and fridge. They sent another repair guy. He "fixed it". It stopped working again and I had to throw out more food. I called the store to ask for help. They said "no we cant help you". DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. **Just read your reply. The fridge did not work correctly from day one. We told you right away, right after you delivered it that we don't want it, your delivery guys said it could be fixed. Why would you sell a refrigerator that didnt work from day one? And just walk away instead of taking it back and give us one that worked? Why, because you made the sale and didnt give a darn that it was a bad fridge. They just lied and said it could be fixed. Why would a person purchase a new fridge that doesn't work? We said right away when it was plugged in something is wrong. We did not want it. But your guys refused to take it back. That's very bad customer service. Now we were wondering if you knew the fridge was a bad one. Dont trust you or your store. We had to throw the fridge out and purchase a new one. That's not right. Read moreRepair men were very nice 2 stars. Had them look at my freezer and was told my ice maker was broken, which I suspected. They said they don't have the part on hand and would take a week for it to come in. The part was $220-ish dollars and to place the order they would need $100 deposit and the balance paid when they placed the new icemaker. If you have repairs made by them the $90 service call is waived. Fair enough, I could go a week without our icemaker.
I do not appreciate how business was handled hereafter. It has been over a week and I called today to check on the status. I was abruptly told (what seemed like a cranky old man) that the part is on backorder. I was not informed of this by the service men. I asked him when it would be available, how long are we talking? He said he had no idea, it shows zero. I had asked for my $100 refunded, I should have been informed of this. He said like a joke, "Not refunding you a $100, maybe $10, the service charge is $90." I said, then the $10 please and cancel my order.
What's more disgusting is the lack of courtesy to apologize for NOT telling me or informing me the part is on backorder for an undetermined time before I had to make the call. I called this place because the other repair service I use was backed up. Next time I'll wait it out. Sorry I wasted $90 dollars...
Read moreThe very worst customer service I have ever witnessed. An employee named "Joe" arrived to repair a refrigerator. He was not polite or pleasant, told us he did not have the part needed to repair the refrigerator and began packing up his tools. He was asked when he would expect to receive the part and he said a day or two. I asked if there were another place he might be able to find the part sooner and he said he didn't know. I asked if he could check and he told me I could Google it. I asked him if he could Google it since he was the repair person doing the job for a customer and he said no, then stated he was owed $90 for his service call. I asked him if he could direct us in locating the part and he again told us he was owed $90. I asked him if customer service meant anything to him and told him that he was being very rude and he turned around and walked out without even putting the freezer back together. We ordered the part from another company and my husband installed it easily. What a terrible company with terrible service! I would never contact them again! He was rude and arrogant from the moment he walked...
