Creative Joy Art Studio — Attraction in Torrance

This place is GREAT for kids birthday parties! We did my daughter's 8th birthday party here and it was a huge success!! We did a slime party where the kids were able to create and customize their own slimes (2 types) from the color, scent, charms, etc. The kids loved it! Angelique, the owner of the studio is also the host for the parties and her energy is through-the-roof AMAZING!!! She did an incredible job hosting the entire party and leading the kids through all the activities for 2.5 hours. She is a natural party hoster and I was really blown away by the thoughtful setup, little details and special touches she added to make my daughter's birthday so spectacular. All I had to do was bring the food/drinks and show up. Her and her staff took care of all the rest. The kids had a blast and the whole process was very easy and smooth for us. Totally worth the money!

You can also just come to do various art projects, painting, etc. It's not just for parties. Overall, I highly recommend this place!!

If you are considering having your child's party here, do it! We had the best time! There are so many creative options for the kids and an equally astounding amount of supplies for the kids to choose from. We opted for canvas painting, miniature worlds, and cupcake decorating!

The kiddos were so invested and they all stayed entertained throughout the entire party!

Angelique has the best energy and is so wonderful with children! She is an educator and has lots of experience working with children of all ages! I knew the party was going to be wonderful but it was beyond what I had even imagined! All of the parents were just as impressed with the learning and crafting that their children were able to participate in.

We really only needed to bring in food, drinks and goodie bags. Angelique and her family took care of everything else! Including a super cute photo shoot with the birthday girl before and during the party. This made her feel very special and, for once, comfortable being in the spotlight!

We can't wait to stop by for a drop in crafting...

My daughter chose to have her 10th bday party here and it was nothing short of amazing! Angelique the owner has the most infectious energy that kids adore. Everything was perfect and so easy for me. Angelique made the party into an art lesson - science lesson - dance party - experiments - and all around 2.5 hours of nonstop fun. I cannot recommend Creative Joy enough. I’ve thrown a few kids bdays at various places and this was by far - hands down - so much better than your run of the mill bounce house / play place party. Angelique is magical and so helpful. Trust me moms just book your child’s party here! Also boys came and had a blast so it’s not just “girly”. And creative Joy is a great place to come when you have a couple hours to let your kids get creative, there are so many things to make and design and create here! It’s a true gem. Torrance is blessed to have Creative Joy...
