I was having a good day. I really, really was.
Decent weatherā nice and sunny, so I figured it was the perfect day for an outing or two. I went to a park, called a friend, and then I decided Iād worked up enough of a sweat to go grab myself something refreshing.
Having remembered hearing good things about Sip Fresh, I finished my phone call and headed over to the mall. Love the place, so many options, so the prospect of trying something new was exciting.
I make my way to the Sip Fresh corner, thereās a bit of a line, so I go and wait. I did recall that the employees were friendly and engaging; it was definitely making a good first impression on me!
So, it gets to be my turn, and I order the Mango Iced Tea, because I was feeling fruity. The worker greeted me with a smile, we completed the transaction, and I went on my phone for a minute as I waited.
When they give me the drink, however, itās nearly ALL ice. Safe to say, I was frozen with shock.
I glance around at the other customers, trying to see if itās just me, but apparently not⦠With one exception, most everyoneās drinks seemed to be comprised of mostly ice as well. It literally looked like theyād already drank their beverages, but weād all JUST NOW been handed our drinks.
Because it seems to be the standard procedure here āfor whatever reasonā I didnāt hassle the workers. They were efficient, seemed to follow the same careful procedure for each order, and were very friendly, as Iāve mentioned. Fair enough.
But if youāre craving a delicious, fruity beverage, and not a cup of ice? Maybe...
Ā Ā Ā Read morein december stopped by and had a bad experience with the manager, december 11 @ 9p, he was rude, and had no clue what customer service means, all i did was ask for a receipt and he made no eye contact and said if you really need a receipt go to the register so she can reprint for you, he took my receipt when filling the order and then tore the receipt never asking if i wanted the receipt back, if it was done so no one claims the order again it can be as easy as a completion note or mark on the receipt, he was a real jerk, and they fill the cups with ice before they fill with the juice for the price of each drink they can at least provide a receipt with a smile instead of being rude, and as the manager he is what the other employees look up to, I feel bad for the employees, they actually apologize for his attitude, fire this...
