Shake Shack Del Amo Fashion Center — Restaurant in Torrance

The food was absolutely disgusting it was not fresh at all it was like rubber not like the one in Arlington Virginia or Vegas for sure the service sucked to and then you tip for what anyway fries were cold hamburgers were like rubber the shakes weren't even mixed and they were melted it look like we would have gotten food poisoning from everything there for $57 for two burgers two fries and four shakes no way! You know what else I got in and out about 2 weeks ago and it was terrible I emailed them to let them know and without even asking for receipt they had sent me a gift certificate to replace the food that I bought Shake Shack did nothing but give me a refund would I ever go back probably not wasted $57 on food and then to do what go try it again for another $57 and go through a hassle to get a refund? It's not that I like to complain or run around and try to get free food or anything like that I'm not that kind of a person but when you take time to walk through the mall to go to the Shake Shack to get food that you're excited to get and get that to eat which was absolutely disgusting probably the end of the night old food shakes weren't even mixed just disgusting and then have them do nothing not a very...

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Today my partner and I had the worst experience in a "restaurant," it was anxiety inducing from start to finish as we picked up our food. We waited 40 minutes past our pick up time and as we waited we saw a German roach on the faux marble countertop. I alerted the staff and someone killed it with their hands and immediately went back to work on the line. We finally got our food and we realized that it was sitting uncovered next to where the roach had been. This place is disgusting and they seem overwhelmed. 0/10 would not come back. We wasted an hour and our lunch time here....

Delicious! Second time having shake shack - the first was in Massachusetts in the east coast and I wasn’t impressed. It was pricey and small, and the portion sizes were just disappointing for what you paid. I decided to give shake shack another chance — this time round it was pretty decent! Good light dinner, it’s not heavy which can be a good thing. The fries can be better than in n out fries sometimes I feel… it was hot and fresh! I got the cheeseburger and fries. Good spot to try out at the del amo food court. The service was great too, the workers are kind and plentiful seating...
