Tuesday (shown in picture) hates her job. She was ringing up my purchases and comes across a pair of sunglasses and extension cord and tells me they won't ring up. She throws them next to her register and finishes my $200+ shopping cart. She then says "those won't ring up. So you dot want those right?" I said "actually I do. The cord the most it's the only reason I even really had to come tonight the rest of this I could have waited for" she says "well you didn't get the correct tag" I said "I don't work here so I'm not in charge of tags" she then looks at the next people in line and asks them if they want to wait for me. They look at me and I say sorry I don't know what her issue is. We stand there for 3 mins staring at eachother. I'm a Marine I can do this all day. She then turns her light on flash and the guy comes up. She tells him "this entitled guy wants these but he didn't bring me the right tag." The guy then leaves. Comes back 10 min later and says there isn't any other tags on any of them but the ones on the one I have. She then calls a guy named Edwin over. He says the same exact thing the first guy does and sent another back to go look. Another man named Donovan actually in line checking out tries to help us but Tuesday isn't interested. She just tells me I can wait and Edwin suspends out entire cart. 30 mins later The 1st guy comes back with nothing new. Now I'm pissed. Edwin says just ring it up under the name of the item and the price. He then gives me this smerk and says sorry. I said you're not too sorry as the first time 35 mins ago you did nothing to help and walked off. He says oh.. Oh sorry. I said no your not but you will be who's your manager. He says he didn't have one he's the manager. On my way out another very tall African American male comes up and say quietly he's not the manager the managers name is Michael call back tomorrow. He told me he was really sorry they they did this to my wife and I . That we didn't deserve all of that game they were just playing. I told him I would call back. I'm doing more. I'm writing their corporate office. I'm also going to let all of my "entitled" friends know about Tuesday and her lack of service. I can't believe anyone would trust someone like her with a broom let alone a cash drawer. If you visit this walmart make damn sure this isn't the person checking you out. Or do so at your own risk.

*** BEWARE **** I purchased a $100 iTunes gift card, and it turned out to be that the card was redeemed on a different Apple ID. The gift card in question looked normal until you took the metallic security seal off the access code, which was way easier to get off and rigid and shinier than the norm. Apple informed me of the possible fraud which I would have to take up with the store management. I'll post a follow up on the stores reaction. So I called the store and asked to speak to a manager, I believe I was put through to a person named Bianca. Who was obviously talking louder than you would if you were just talking into a phone receiver. In our exchange she was barking orders of my requirement of having a receipt, which is obviously the norm. I explained that I misplaced it in the trolley. To which she replied, that she’s sorry she can’t do anything without a receipt. At this point her tone was one that was pointed and quite possibly irate. Now in my conversation I will say I cursed out of sheer frustration, which resulted in a male voice blaring over the phone, exclaiming that he wasn’t going to have her being disrespected, to which I apologized, and claimed I’m frustrated and annoyed, not an excuse, but anyways. I explained that I was not willing to spend a further $50 to get back to Torrance to have to deal with this matter, as I was at my hotel at LAX, but I guess they were unsympathetic or at the very least unconcerned that their customers are being ripped off. Which is wholly and understandably disgusting. Not even a sympathetic apology and I understand from the pair of them. Makes me question perhaps their level of involvement in this " alleged" scheme. Now I can afford a loss of $100, I even donated to the children’s charity outside the front door, what sickens me is there are people out there that need food and shelter, yet there’s a Walmart employee with the time and patience to doctor gift cards, so they can pay whatever subscriptions they got on their iPhone, iPad or appleTV. Life must be good for some huh?

Easily the worst customer service experience of my life. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Walmart regarding a dresser I purchased online that broke within a few months. It is covered by warranty for up to one year which all customer service reps agree on. This should be a simple fix of a refund or replacement. Instead we waisted three hours of our Sunday driving 45 minutes, and attempting to get this resolved with multiple reps and phone calls. We finally left without a refund or new dresser. After trying to resolve the issue I filed a complaint. I was then contacted by the night time manager and was told that I needed to drive 45 minutes AGAIN and that he could handle the replacement — despite the fact that the dresser is not being carried in stores (the clerk confirmed this Sunday). This is completely unreasonable and unacceptable. Walmart should ship a replacement or refund defective items instead of wasting customers’ time, money, and effort. The fact that a large corporation cannot simply refund a defective purchase is mind-blowing. Offer a gift card if you have to! Other retailers like Amazon or Costco would immediately accommodate a customer in this situation. This has been a huge inconvenience, and I strongly advise Walmart to improve their customer service and refund policies. This is the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced and I will tell everyone I know to never shop at Walmart again.

I was there last evening around 6:39 and an employee named Stan was bullying and endangering customers. He had shut down 2 of the 4 self checkouts, but at least when I got there it was empty. However he told me that I couldn't use it because I had more than 10 items (just barely) so I had to go in the regular line, which was overrun with people (the 2nd cashier was a 10 items or less line!). Then, instead of asking nicely if he could back up a little, he yelled at a young Asian guy to stop blocking the aisle (the young man was NOT blocking it nor was he even within 6ft of the person in front of him). When he asked "Stan" why he was being so rude the man said that if he didn't like it he could get out of line and go somewhere else. The young man said that he just wanted to pay for his stuff and leave, but Stan said "You're not going to do it here" and SHUT OFF THE REGISTER so that the young man couldn't pay for his stuff! At this point, the line was huge and now they were down to just one self check out. The young man asked for help and complained because of Stan's rudeness and bullying, meanwhile, Stan opened up another self check out, which he apparently could've done the entire time while causing a scene and being nasty to the customers. The young man got rightly upset (he had 3 cheap items) and just slammed a $20 bill down, took his stuff and walked out without his change. This entire scene was appalling. I am a harmless, older lady and I was shopping for myself and a disabled friend, but was told I can't do 2 transactions at self check out, which I do ALL THE TIME! But what if this guy angers the wrong type of customer? What if that young man had a gun or something? The way this employee was treating people was TOTALLY out of line and unacceptable and shame on Walmart for letting him continue to work because based on another review, he's been doing it for a while. I will drive out of my way to go to the store on Normandie from now on. I don't want to be at this Walmart when Stan angers the wrong person....
