My now husband first heard about Mazzo’s from a friend of his who was getting engaged. He said he had an amazing experience from start to finish; he was able to custom design my ring based on photos for a very fair price. My engagement ring is absolutely PERFECT and I still get tons of compliments.

When we finally planned our wedding, it only made sense for us to go back to Mazzo. It was my first time there, and we met with the owner (I believe his name is John) who remembered my husband from a few years ago! He was incredibly kind and started by cleaning up my ring for me. Then he showed us the wedding bands. We each found one within 15 minutes. They had a great selection and we were able to find exactly what we wanted. Again, the prices were extremely fair and the service we received could not be beat.

As a courtesy, John even cleaned up a few other pieces of my jewelry that were family heirlooms that I was going to wear on my wedding day. Before we left, he explained the very generous warranty on my rings, and notched my engagement ring so my band could fit more flush against it to protect the diamonds. He was so kind, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. He can also customize anything or order anything you want.

I absolutely recommend Mazzo Jewelers. The workmanship and quality cannot be beat and I love the fact that we have the opportunity to support a small family-owned business! We will definitely be repeat...

I received the most honest, real, down to earth, family friendly experience, service and professional feedback ever had at a jeweler let alone business in general in my entire life. That kind of business model is pure gold, will forever be timeless and I think leads an example of a solid long term business model.

I never once felt like I was just another transaction walking into that store. I actually felt like a human being and received interaction that made me even feel like a family member to a degree. This was the only jewelry store where I showed up 3 times in one week and felt comfortable in my gut enough to leaving my watch overnight. That was not in my plans in any of the places I went to.

I am telling all my friends and family to go to this place. I wish I had discovered here years ago. I'm blessed to have found such a gold business and look forward to doing more business and referring people to here.

I had the best experience at Mazzo Jewelers in Totowa, NJ! I brought in a silver bracelet that needed a custom engraving, and from start to finish, the team went above and beyond to take care of everything perfectly.

Johnny and Nicky were both incredibly helpful, professional, and kind — they made the whole process smooth and easy. There was also a wonderful woman who assisted me (I wish I could remember her name!) who was just as amazing — warm, attentive, and clearly passionate about what she does.

The engraving came out beautifully, and they treated my bracelet with such care and respect. It’s rare to find a business that takes so much pride in both their craft and customer service.
