Checked out The Dawg House in Totowa a few days ago and I think I’m still full 😆
They have Sabrett water dogs, Thumanns for the air fryer, even a vegan dog (whatever that means lol) with so many options for toppings and a full list of signature dogs to choose from. If you’re not in the mood for a dog they have other stuff too, like Mac and cheese topped with pulled pork 🤤
Doug, the owner, was a really nice guy also. Eric (from Cultinary Road Trip) and I planned to eat and get going, maybe a half hour stop at the max. I think we were there like 2 hours talking! Dogs we tried were:
all the way - chili, onion, mustard the en fuego - hot pepper relish, hot onions, sriracha, red pepper flakes, mustard Oregon Trail - baked beans, bacon, cheese, potato stix Buff-Aloe - Franks Red Hot, blue cheese dressing, potato stix, celery seed Vermont Bob - bacon, sauerkraut, maple syrup (had to get Quebec Eric some maple syrup…he was starting to shake haha)

You have the option of adding cheese, bacon, and french fries. The wifeee got the nacho on a chicken sandwich. I took a bite and the chicken was nice and crispy.. we also got a side of onion rings which were battered perfectly with some kind of dipping sauce. To drink we got a strawberry milkshake which was made with fresh strawberries, and was nice and creamy. If you are looking to take the family out to dinner, we would definitely recommend The Dawg House. they have an extensive menu ranging from chicken wings, hotdogs, chicken sandwiches, and a really good juicy burger. all of the toppings you can get on a hotdog, you can also get on a chicken sandwich. The Dawg House is Shara and...
Read moreI contacted Doug from a google search to bring his cart to a wedding afterparty, not knowing it was located over 2 hours away. After some conversation and connection over a love of hotdogs and family, he and his wife hitched their wagon and came to the Philly area to set up their cart at the hotel. They worked with us to create a Bride and Groom hotdog and were just great people to work with and have with us to put a cap on an amazing wedding weekend. The hotdogs were top quality - that chili sauce?? CHEF'S KISS, BABY! The guest's all loved the hotdogs and the fun experience. I 100% would recommend them and would not hesitate to do it again exactly the same. My only regret is no pictures! You guys...
