Corrado Riverview Florist And Greenhouse — Attraction in Totowa

My friend sent me flowers and he lives six hours away. He used a floral broker Which he was mislead to think was the local florist. The flowers came on Tuesday but I wasn’t home and were returned. I called the broker and arrange for the flowers to come on Friday. They would not tell me The name of the local florist. I live in a gated community and I found out who they were. I called this florist to tell them that the flowers that arrived, some were already all dried up and now look fake but ok. But the roses were dying with brown around the edges. I asked if the flowers had been sitting in the refrigerator since Tuesday for re-delivery on Friday. She said they were fresh. The bouquet of flowers cost about $89. I gave them a three star because the arrangement is beautiful, their design work is lovely and a lot of the flowers are still nice. However, i was disappointed in the roses which I will pull out and throw away. They should last longer than a day. What a shame. I called the florist and told them and they just acted like oh well. Not good customer service and they don’t carry good roses. I didn’t even get a packet of flower...

I ordered on a Saturday for delivery to a local funeral Home on by Sunday. After ordering I realized they had closed for the day and wondered if the call was taken by a cleaning lady! When I saw what they delivered for over $100 I am sure the cleaning lady took the call, did the arrangement and delivered the piece!! It was a small vase with maybe 4 stems in it-for over $100$.
