First and foremost, I was so excited to go to the coach store even while under the weather to find that perfect wallet that I was looking for. I have shopped at an official coach store in the mall and purchased a tabby bag which I love so much. I wanted a wallet for every day use. So today, while I was looking at some wallets for credit cards, one of the employees(Russian I believe)decided to literally step and stand next to me and turn her head in my direction to see what I was doing with the items. I stopped what I was doing & looked at her waiting for her to say something and she didn’t. Not even a “Hello” , “Do you need help with anything?” Or “ is there something in particular you’re shopping for?” I instantly felt targeted. So I moved into another area of the store as I was still looking at different selections of wallets. She decided to walk around in the SAME area that I was in pretending to do some sort of “fixing” to other bags in the area. Again, I felt targeted and of course, with reason because I did not witness her doing this to anyone else in the store who was shopping. And of course, they were not my skin complexion as well. Another lady was also in the store standing close to the door, as if I was going to leave with something. As I waited to check out, of course she was standing by the register as well. First & foremost as a black woman who has a career in the medical profession; I do not need to steal anything from an OUTLET or steal in general‼️ all that assuming & you watched me pay a measly hundred and something dollar total! Moving forward, I will No longer visit THIS store again. I’ve received BETTER customer service In Roosevelt Field Mall at the coach store.

My dad had an awful experience here. Very unprofessional staff. Not sure if they hate their jobs or hate the fact that they are working a holiday shift. Regardless, it doesn’t give them a reason to show unnecessary attitude and sarcasm. Customers are the people, who provide you with that business. That being said, being rude to customers who aren’t showing any attitude to begin with shows the true nature of environment within the store. My dad expressed his enthusiasm for a tote bag being $90 and was excited. He exclaimed, “Really!? This is $90? That’s amazing!”. The employee on the other hand took this as an excuse to be rude and sarcastic toward him for some reason. In response the employee goes, “Yeah, so? You want it to be $20!?”in the snarkiest, most sarcastic way possible. First of all, my dad never said anything along the lines of wanting anything cheaper. Nor did he infer that he wanted anything cheaper. In fact, he was very happy with the price. So there was absolutely no reason to attack him. On top of this, when my dad was met with his rude tone, the employee refused to acknowledge being snotty . Luckily there was an employee who acknowledged that the rude employee was out of line for his rude remarks and was very kind. This was a white, male employee who covered his name tag. My family is having with Coach outlet first my daughter tried to order A 14 inch sling bag Ordered it mid to the end of October two months passed by she still never got her order They said they couldn’t find her order and issued a refund then my wife recently tried to purchase two sling bags or cross bodies. Whatever you call them. After she ordered them, and they clearly took the money out of her account because you can see it on her Bank app she never got a confirmation email, but has emails talking back-and-forth with somebody from coach saying that when they ship out you will get an email blah blah blah My wife has tried to contact him and is in a dispute with them because they’re saying that the order isn’t there and they can’t find the order number and they’re giving her a hassle About giving her her money back or sending her the bags be the last time we probably ever order from this place They...
