Express Factory Outlet — Local services in Town of Babylon

I recently visited Express and unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. The staff wasn’t necessarily horrible, but their attitude could’ve been better. The main issue I had was with the promotions. There was a sign that said “shirts 60% off,” which seemed like a great deal, so we picked out three shirts from that section. However, when we got to the register, the total was $140! I had already calculated that, with the 60% off, it should’ve been $70 max. When I asked the associate about the sale, I was told that the discount only applied to the two shirts right next to the sign. According to the sign it says “select styles” under the sale.

We went back to check the sign, and it turns out the print was so small that you can’t even see it unless you’re specifically looking for additional fine print under the sign.

Express, please consider making your promotional signs clearer. I understand that it might be a strategy to drive sales, but it left me with just one shirt and an awkward interaction at...

Went to use my tax exempt and it took 3ppl and over ten mins for them to give me their opinion that they can’t accept it because they didn’t know how to fill out the questionnaire on the screen. How I know it was their opinion bc they said “ idk the expiration date so it’s not going to work”. I asked them to just use what’s on the paper and they responded “ yea I don’t know what to put I can’t put in random numbers, sorry”. Mind you 2 of them were training the cashier that ask for help from his manager. After paying without used tax exempt I ask the cashier what did he learn, he just stood there looking and believing if he stands there quite long enough I wouldn’t see him anymore. They need to train their staff better with information and better...

I wish I can give zero stars. One of the worse express store I have ever been too. No professionalism at all. There was incorrect price tag on the jeans and when the lady ringing us informed me that’s incorrect tag on the counter. We still bought the jeans.
