EDIT: I was just informed that the owner is promoting hate towards me for leaving my opinion. She is encouraging her followers to leave hate messages and is allowing them to name-call. I was sent several screen recordings as evidence. The owner is allowing her customers to physically threaten me and she is continuing to allow others to bully me using hateful speech under the guise of, "venting." I am actually afraid of what will happen to me.
Please understand what you're getting into when shopping here. The owner has pulled the wool over so many eyes. Instead of their slogan, "Blue Waters Tribe," it would be best named, "Blue Waters Cult." The owner has her followers believing she is the one and only. So much time is spent boasting about how great she is and all of the wonderful things she does for the community, rather than humbly doing for others without the needed recognition. The final straw as a customer, was when she recently boasted about how much her, "Tribe," helps women in need, yet posted pictures of her in luxury clothing. This is known, because she also felt it necessary to tell her followers that she bought said luxury shirt and luxury glasses and has also told her followers how much she paid for those items. I have been hesitant to post this review, but after many, many months, it needs to be said. The owner wants to come across as meek, shy, and humble, however if you watch the lives and pay attention to the posts, it is completely opposite. Business is gained by utilizing manipulative tactics that make her customers/followers believe that she is the one and only boutique/store owner that is selfless, when in reality it is opposite. Unfortunately, her manipulation has worked on many to this day. She has allowed bullying amongst her customers and if anyone has a differing opinion, they are allowed to be attacked by others (especially her favorite customers) and rather than a kind response, the owner responds in a very passive-aggressive manner. Read moreBlue Waters deleted me from every selling platform all because I wanted to know when my orders from 3 weeks ago were going to ship! I was offered the option to have my orders shipped the next day, I said yes and that’s when I was blocked. The owners told everyone that if they don’t want to wait 3+ weeks then we shouldn’t shop until they’re caught up! They get really angry when asked for an update and keep stating they’re working hard to get things shipped. I use to think they were a really nice couple……
For the record, I never said anything mean on your post the other day, secondly you update shipping issues randomly on Live sales which I hadn’t heard about until after I had already purchased, thirdly my Orders from 7/27/23 hadn’t shipped as of 8/18/13 WHICH IS 3 weeks aka 16 BUSINESS DAYS SO YES you are 3+ weeks BEHIND!! Check your facts before responding. Also, SHANNON ASKED ME on the post on 8/18 if I wanted next day shipping too? Of course I said YES! I didn’t demand next day shipping. I did ask customer service to cancel my orders if they weren’t shipped by 8/18, they were NOT and Yes I asked for my orders to be refunded because YOU BLOCKED ME! BTW several orders have NOT been refunded and several were issued as a store credit which I obviously can’t and don’t care to use sooooo yes I asked for those to be corrected. SHANNON STARTED that mess of a post on 8/18 and MANY CUSTOMERS HAD non shipped orders from JULY which is 3 WEEKS AGO…… you can look at a calendar right? Read moreI started shopping with Shannon’s BWB back in the LulaRoe days.I eventually stopped shopping with all other online boutiques and only shop here now! Why? Because not only does BW have the greatest selection of clothes, shoes, jewelry, accessories, bath and body products and other fun things at awesome prices, but I LOVE the entire Blue Water family and the wonderful shoppers that make shopping online so much fun. Shannon adds such a special warmth to her lives, she makes you laugh when you are having a tough day, her and her sister Lissa are so funny, you actually want to tune in and spend time with them even if you are not buying. The sales are great and the selection of items is far better than you can find at any retailer . I love that Shannon explains each item so you know exactly which size to buy. The girls in customer service are so helpful and friendly. Shannon is real, no fake salesperson bull. Never have I ever felt I had to make a purchase. Even though I don’t know her personally, I feel like she’s my friend and the entire BW team is my family. Yes my entire wardrobe is Blue Waters and I love that my wardrobe is freakin fabulous! I feel and look boujee! Always! And that’s because I’m rocking Blue Waters beautiful boutique clothes!
