Came here on a Tuesday night with a party of five and had nothing but pleasant surprises from the time we got there. Starting with the atmosphere, very cute place, on the smaller side, but I like it that way. Lighting, music level, and music choice were all on point, if you wanted to talk to friends, you could very easily do so and plenty well lit so you can see each other. They also have a cute little photo booth in case that tickles your fancy. Drink menu is pretty diverse, especially if you love an Old Fashioned as much as I do, they have a bunch of different options, I went for the Canadian which was very tasty. Food was great too, for apps we tried the ricotta toast, French fries, humus, corn bread and roasted carrots, all were good but I think the corn bread stole the show for me. It comes with a jalapeño butter to embrace the savory side of more southern style cornbread. For the main course I had the chopped cheese, and any bodega owner I think would be proud to have this sandwich, tasty and the perfect portion. Not to mention prices for everything seemed totally reasonable. One of the biggest appeals though, staff was very friendly and kind and never made us feel rushed. Parking is pretty easy, there is a municipal lot just down the block that has plenty of spaces, along with street parking. Would absolutely love to come back here and just get the chance to...

Visited on a Tuesday night with a group of five and experienced nothing but delightful surprises from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere is charming and cozy, which I found quite appealing. The lighting, music volume, and selection were just right, allowing for easy conversation with friends and good visibility. They even have an adorable little photo booth for those interested. The drink menu is quite varied, especially for Old Fashioned enthusiasts like myself, with several options available. I opted for the Canadian version, which was delicious. The food was excellent as well; for appetizers, we sampled the ricotta toast, French fries, hummus, cornbread, and roasted carrots. While all were tasty, the cornbread stood out, particularly with its jalapeño butter that added a savory southern twist. For the main course, I had the chopped cheese, which was flavorful and perfectly portioned, reminiscent of a quality bodega sandwich. Prices were very reasonable. One of the highlights was the exceptionally friendly and kind staff, who never made us feel rushed. Parking was convenient with a municipal lot nearby and ample street parking. I would love to return and spend...

This place is AMAZING! There's not one thing to complain about but plenty to rave over. If you're looking for a unique food menu and the most incredible variety of drinks, this is the place. What makes it so special is the fact that their cocktails are no where near standard. Sure they offer traditional, but if you want to expand your palate this is the place to go. Jon is a genius mixologist, combining spirits you'd never even dream of, and yet every single one is a treat. Gabrielle is a pleasure to just sit and chat with making the already cozy atmosphere even more enjoyable. In fact, all the staff are incredibly friendly! Hunter and Thief is classy AND down to earth making it a perfect place for a weekend unwind or a simple weeknight out. OH and they offer an assortment of events, from trivia nights, to Lego building and even a cocktail class (just attended that tonight and will be going back for more!). If you're in the area, or even if you're not, definitely add this to your list, no matter how...

Had girls night here, and we all loved the place. The floating candles and dark walls give it a cool moody vibe. They also had a photobooth which is fun. The bar is pretty long for a small space. We were drawn here for the craft cocktails and those were great too. We started with the ricotta toast which had a little kick to it but very good. I had the arugula salad special and added the grilled chicken - and it was amazing! My friends had the fried chicken sandwich and the fish & chips. I hope they expand the menu in the future because the options were limited if you're coming to eat. The only thing that was disappointing was that they were out of a few items - like some food and they were out of the wine that we wanted to have. But overall we all said that it was a really nice spot, and we'll be back with our partners for date night!
