From my first conversation with Annette, I knew everything was going to be completely perfect. I called explaining I needed a sympathy basket and within seconds she had several ideas. We ultimately decided on an Italian specialty basket with some fruit and chocolate added. Annette asked all the right questions and spent time getting to know the recipient so each item selected would be enjoyed. She was kind and patient and certainly knew her stuff. The basket was more amazing than I ever could have dreamed of. It was stuffed with nuts, spreads, crackers, cheeses, chocolates and fresh fruit. Can't ask for better customer service and excellent product, too. I am out of state but wanted a custom basket for my aunt's 93rd birthday delivered to a nearby town. I sent an email asking if this was possible and Annette emailed me right away and worked with me over the phone and email to put the PERFECT gift together. I kind of wanted a LOT for my budget and she helped me get put together something REALLY nice and unique. She topped it off with pretty flowers, a birthday hat and cute balloon. Wrapping It Up is a beautiful store, and Annette is an absolute pleasure to work with. She helped us to design the favors for our wedding and she made the process so easy and fun.
