Sequels Home Furnishings — Attraction in Town of Brighton

I have shopped at Sequels for many years, always going back because of the high quality and variety of furniture and accessories. I find that even when I am not looking to make a purchase, I stop by to see what is new. Everything in the store and warehouse are displayed beautifully which makes it so pleasurable to browse around. The one thing I learned about shopping at Sequels is that you need to walk slowly through the store/warejhouse a couple of times to make sure you see everything. There are so many beautiful things tucked in corners, in cabinets, etc.

In addition to shopping at Sequels, I recently consigned a number of furniture pieces and accessories with them. It was an easy choice for me because I know the quality of merchandise that the Mogavero's sell in their stores. Both Stephanie and Don have a keen eye for special pieces and will take those that they have confidence will appeal to their clientele.

I have found that Sequel's is an excellent source for purchasing high quality furniture at reasonable prices as opposed to buying new pieces at furniture stores at new...

We live an hour+ away from Sequels but visit several times a year because of the 1) high quality of the items, 2) size of the selection, and 3) range of styles. The cherries on top include a new 50% off warehouse section, their caring, classy staff (shout out to Beth and owner Stephanie) and clean, spacious rest rooms. The cavernous showroom is packed with high-end finds, though never cluttered or musty/dusty like some stores offering vintage goods. Instead, items are attractively arranged and well lit to allow you to see them from various angles, and everything is in great condition and very clean. All of these factors make Sequels a wonderful resource for aesthetically-minded shoppers looking to balance quality, budget and sustainability. In fact, we just brought home the perfect bentwood bench from Sequels, and look forward to visiting again soon.

I LOVE going to Sequels and searching for great finds! They have a huge inventory that is always changing- it usually takes me 2 or 3 laps around the store to take in everything. They are also masters in creating display vignettes that incorporate not only the furniture but also their extensive decor options.

My best purchase (so far) was this awesome Stickley sectional (see pictures). It is a VERY high end sectional (Like I never thought I could afford anything this nice!) that perfectly defines our Living Room space in our open living area. And… they delivered it to Vermont! (My grandchildren are in Rochester so I am a frequent visitor there.)
