If you're looking for a Charming and Classy hidden Venue, I found the place for you! Held my mom's 80th birthday bash at the Setauket Neighborhood House. Amazing Ballroom with quintessential New England charm. Many guests made remarks- such as; "Wow, this place is beautiful," "I want to host my son's wedding here-it has such a comfortable home feel," And " I can't believe that I never knew this place existed, and I only live 20 miles away!" Also, my other secret is Maria, who helped me behind the scenes. She eased my pain throughout the whole organizational process. Since I was the party planner with no experience, she was always just a text away with any questions and/or concerns. I run a company called String Sound Studios, which gives private music lessons. We recently held our annual recital here. After bouncing around from venue to venue for the last few years, I am pleased to say I think we have finally found a new home for the recital. The space we used was perfect for our needs. The room was conveniently located in the house for both performers and audience members, and the vaulted ceilings and wood floors contributed to an excellent sound quality. In addition, the staff was all friendly and helpful, both before and during the event, and the house itself was easy to find for our performers and their guests. We are looking forward to booking the Neighborhood House...

I had my bridal shower here on Saturday! I truly am so thankful to have had my shower at the Setauket Neighborhood House! I would most certainly host events here in the future. The location is perfect with a beautiful view of the pond. There was so much space for everyone. We had 50 people at the shower and it didn't feel crammed at all!
