I recently received a new high-end watch as an anniversary gift from my wife. This place was on my way to work, so I gave them a call to see if they could quickly take out a link in the band to resize it. I was told to come on in, that it would be no problem. Once I arrived, I was asked to wait while they took care of another customer. (Not a problem.) A half-hour later, after several more people had come in, the owner came in and instructed his employee to take someone other than me and said, and I quote, "We're not doing that when there are real customers here." I’ve bought necklaces diamond earrings rings for myself and countless other items from this place. They are really reasonable people to deal with and Don the owner is a really nice personable guy. He made me a great deal on a nice wedding ring when I got married a little over a year ago. Also I had a few pieces of jewelry I brought there a few months ago that I wanted to get fixed, I didn’t even buy them from him and was ready to pay to get them fixed but he didn’t even charge me to fix them. Read moreWent to the Show Room a couple of weeks ago to sell some gold rings and old silver coins.When I called and asked if they buy old coins the woman said yes,and we look though them to see if there's any rare ones of of greater value,When I got there,the coins were rolled and only one or two out the approxiimatley 10 rolls were looked at and that was only a few coins.The rings were weighed and the rolls of coins counted and a tally price given based on what other dealers were paying.I took the offer but sorry now I didn't shop around.My daughter just sold her Morgan 1921 silver dolar and got $5 more for...
