I love Black Monarchy! The clothes are AWESOME!! The jewelry, oh my goodness, the JEWELRY! You have to see it for yourself, there's shelled, wooden, metals and cloth jewelry. Face masks, purses, bags, hats, bow ties, neck ties, tops for men and women plus children's styles too!! Teeshirts and tank tops, styles for work and mass. Did I mention the plants? There's plants everywhere, they're all real, thriving and welcoming. The owner is a GODDESS! She's so sweet! My friend and I talked to her for about 2 or 3 hours on our first visit in there, of our free will of course! This shop is such an experience. This was my 1st visit to Black Monarchy but it certainly won't be my last. My daughter and I were greeted with warm, kind, and friendly service. I stopped in because of a FB post that I'd seen. They have a little of everything. Jewelry, oils, shea, black soap, face masks, head wraps, clothing, and so much more. I purchased 2 oils for myself and husband. I also bought 2 pairs of beautiful earrings. One was only $5, with the other being $15. They also had copies of The Challenger so I grabbed one of those too. Awesome shop. I am visiting Buffalo for my granddaughter’s graduation and I Googled African shops near her house. Three shops popped up. Of the three, this shop had the most impressive website so we popped in. I visit African shops in all the cities that I visit- I have visited some pretty impressive African shops in Atlanta, Charlotte (NC), of course New York, orlando, Paris, Madrid, Ghana and this shop was as impressive.
