It is absolutely terrible in here. It was dirty, no one was wearing gloves or any type hair nets. The employee with blue hair was walking back and forth with regular outside clothes on in the kitchen. Woman in the black little Caesar’s shirt had no hairnet and no gloves while dealing with cooked food. She also had a cut so she had a band aid on her pinky finger and should have had gloves on however she did not. Customers were not addressed until about 5-10 after waiting for someone to come to the counter. Music was blasting in the back and trash was over flowing out of the garbage can. The health inspector needs to come there asap it’s a mess. I overheard a customer say a part of their order was old. They had been sitting there waiting for their stuff for a while because no one was there to give it to them as it had been just sitting there getting old. The girl in the black shirt told her (it’s not cold we just took it out of the warmer) as if it can’t be OLD. Once I saw the girl with the blue/teal hair walk through and stand in the kitchen with her outside clothes on, I wanted a refund. The girl in the black shirt was making it extremely hard for customers to be helped. They ignore you when you walk in and try to tell them you’re here to pick up an order. Idk if they’re overworked and understaffed or what but GET IT TOGETHER ! It’s the bare...
Read moreLittle Caesars has really stepped up from what I remember. The food was great! Had a stuffed crust pizza and crazy bread and a 2 liter combo for only like $14 I wish the bread came with dipping sauce, or perhaps you have to ask for it but would have been better with a small cup of marinara. I knocked off one star because the online ordering was not clear for a first-timer. It said my name would be on the screen but it was not until the order was ready. And also they said I would get a text message but I did not, just got an email. And the QR code did not work. Had to enter my order number. As someone with anxiety it was a little upsetting and I wasn't sure if my meal just wasn't ready or if something happened. And the place was PACKED there were so many people. But after waiting about 30 mins they put the order into the case and my name finally showed on the screen so now I know for next time. Definitely...
Read moreThe worst Little Ceasers in town. I went to visit my family in NY and wanted grab a quick pie before they close. I arrived a half hour before close and the associate (I won’t her name) was extremely rude, telling me that they were out of the hot and ready. I then questioned the associate asking if there was a shut of time for the hot and ready pizza because I was under the assumption that there was no cut off time. That is the foundation of this organization, quick, affordable and convenient. She then gave me an attitude (like I forced her to work for Little Caesar’s) and kept telling me that she couldn’t do it. The conversation lasted for 10 mins, more than enough time to make the pizza but she refused to do so. Luckily, another associate stepped in and made me one which is the only reason why I gave two stars because they at least have one...
