Rainbow Shops — Attraction in Town of Cheektowaga

There is a very unfriendly vibe here except 2 of the cashiers who have been there for few a years.. I go here because it’s convenient ..there’s a very mean looking person who supposedly is a manager who is unfriendly and kurt when you ask her a question .. and another mean looking one who stands on a tall ladder overlooking the store I guess, looking for shoplifters, but everybody that comes in the store is not a shoplifter.. I have never seen anything like it…the energy...

I was just there a couple of days ago on 6/23/2022 & this particular store has very pleasant employees. That’s a huge plus in my opinion. Makes shopping a much better experience. Kind of annoying how they refuse to open the change rooms. Staff would rather be talking to each other and usually do instead of helping customers.
