I recently visited Flights of Fantasy, a local magic card shop, and I was blown away by the exceptional customer service provided by Dave! As a fan of Magic: The Gathering and Pokémon cards, I was excited to explore the shop and see what they had to offer.

From the moment I walked in, Dave made me feel welcome and at ease. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic about the products, taking the time to answer all my questions and make recommendations. His passion for the hobby was infectious, and I found myself getting excited about new sets and releases.

The shop itself was well-organized and well-stocked, with a wide selection of Magic: The Gathering and Pokémon cards, as well as other gaming supplies. Dave was happy to help me find what I was looking for, and even offered to special order items that they didn't have in stock.

What really impressed me, however, was Dave's commitment to customer service. He took the time to chat with me about my interests and preferences, and made sure that I left the shop feeling satisfied and excited about my purchases. His dedication to providing an exceptional customer experience is truly commendable, and I would highly recommend Flights of Fantasy to anyone looking for a great magic card shop.

I originally found this store when I was younger back in 2015 when it was named "Flights of Fantasy" which was a book store and game store. Coming back to recent times Flights 2 is more centralized into a hobby store (They still have a variety of cool books and fancy wonders!), and I honestly haven't found a store that I can compare it to. I've done business with other stores in my past, but I feel like Flights 2 is different. When I say different, I mean that it feels more natural, and less artificial like other stores. It gives off a real calm and welcoming vibe. Not to forget the staff are absolutely welcoming, and are willing to go to big lengths to help you out! The community based around the store are also friendly, and know how to have a good laugh. I've met some really cool and interesting friends here, and if you're thinking of coming here I'd bet you'll be met with the same. And yes, Dave is crazy, but who isn't these days! I was blown away the other day by the integrity and professionalism of this institution and its staff.

I brought my son to Flights 2 back in November of 2024 so he could buy a few Magic cards and play a few rounds with some other folks who had gathered there for a friendly game on a Sunday afternoon. Fast-forward 7 months to June, 2025 and my son tells us that the card he bought that day is missing and he needs to buy it again. We agree and take him back to Flights 2.

He walks into the shop.

He comes back out a few minutes later wielding the card, a handwritten note, and a huge smile. Gets into the car and shows us the note. It says "kid left at store, 11/2024". He'd accidentally left the card at the shop that day in November and the Flights 2 family held it for him at the counter for 7 months until he finally came back for it.

They didn't restock it, they didn't give it away, they didn't keep it for themselves. They held it for him 7 months, not knowing if he would ever come back for it.

That's integrity. That's how you run a business.
