Five Below — Attraction in Town of De Witt

I spend over $1,000 on backpacks every year at this store for at risk and homeless youth and I wasnt even offered a penny off the total. Not even a gift card for ONE backpack. I have worked tirelessly for months to make this free backpack drive happen. It's disheartening to see a company that brings in millions of dollars a day literally does not care about the general public! I'm making sure this gets blasted all over social media, and I'll be looking for other avenues to support my community in the future....

The staff was excellent very friendly very helpful but the store aint what it used to be I went in there when they 1st opened up years ago and they had a lot of stuff for 5 bucks now anything that's worth anything cost more more than 5 bucks I think they should rename their store to kind of cool stuff for under 20 bucks The reason they got 3 stars was their selection of items the store was super clean and the staff was very very helpful...

Excellent customer service 👏 I unfortunately had to see a woman act a fool because a employee asked if she could get a duplicate item she wanted with a bar tag because hers did not. The woman belittled the employee and he stayed kind and patient! The manager stepped in and told the Karen what she wanted to hear "your right" "here's a discount"
