Out of towner's take note: This location is subpar in their standards. The locals seem alright with the quality because it's always packed, but if you are expecting your order to be followed as requested it may not be so check your order before you leave. My boyfriend and I have ordered from this location several times, trying to give them every opportunity to provide good service. My boyfriend ordered a latte with whole milk and classic sugar. They got the specifications correct and he was happy until he smelled cinnamon. I looked to verify if they sprinkled cinnamon on top. They did. I was shocked to see them adding an ingredient he did not ask for. I was appalled, because there are people who are allergic to cinnamon. You don't add ingredients that are not asked for especially for the concern of others'health and safety. I visited the location myself on another occasion. After a hard day's work of delivering Christmas mail and packages, I just wanted a refresher. I talked with the lady behind the counter about the flavored refreshers. She was knowledgeable and offered to specialize a lemonade with pineapple pieces, due to the passion fruit flavoring being already mixed with the pineapple juice. It wasn't until I left the cafe, I realized there were no pineapple pieces added. I checked the cup and it clearly stated to add pineapple chunks. So I just paid for an overpriced mediocre lemonade. Moral of the story, check your order and don't leave until you do. In our busy, over price day and age, the drinks we order are little gifts to ourselves and when they are not made to our wish, it leaves a bad after taste. Yes we can make these drinks ourselves, but we don't and expect the establishment we go to, hire employees who will take that extra second to reread the...
Read moreOn Oct 19th around 3:00 I went through the Starbucks drive thru and ordered a Iced chia latte and asked the nice lady if they still had the ham and Swiss sandwiches. She said yes so I ordered one and pulled forward. It took 7 min for it to be my turn and paused for my drink and sandwich. I got my drink immediately but, waited for my sandwich. After 6 more minutes of waiting the lady at the window said they didn’t have any of the sandwiches and asked if I wanted a grilled cheese instead. I asked if I could get the double smoked bacon sandwich and how long it would take to make and she said not long. So after waiting almost 30 minutes I finally got the sandwich and drink and left the drive-through as I was driving back to work and had a bite of sandwich and a drink of the latte and both were underwhelming and wasn’t the quality that I usually expect from Starbucks. The ice chai latte tasted like milk and there was no chai syrup and the Bacon that was on the sandwich was a fatty and the egg was cold. I was then disappointed when I looked online and found out that the ham and Swiss sandwich that I paid for was four dollars more than the sandwich that I got and that the lady at the window didn’t offer me a refund or compensate the 4 dollars I already paid.I had to get back to work so after work at 4:30 after I left Starbucks at 3:35. I called to talk with a manager to see if I could just get a refund back or if they could remake my drink and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I usually don’t have problems when I go to the Starbucks but I was very disappointed with the quality of...
Read moreI am extremely frustrated with this Starbucks location. For the past three months, their nitro cold brew machine has been broken almost every time I visit, with only a couple of exceptions. It's never fixed, and I am incredibly disappointed. I cannot understand what the issue is or why it's so difficult to repair.
Is it a lack of understanding on how to use it? I'm not sure, but one thing is clear: I'm done with Starbucks. How can a machine be broken this often, and yet the staff acts like it's completely normal?
There was one person who was really nice and offered me a free alternative drink since my preferred one wasn't available, which I appreciated. However, most of the staff just seem surprised that I'm even surprised it's broken. How can you consistently fail to offer a service and be okay with it? It's beyond frustrating. From what I've observed, I suspect this issue has been going on even longer than the past three months. It's clear that this is a persistent problem that they're...
