I placed an order through the app. They weren’t very busy but when I arrived they said they had no clue about my order and were confused. I showed them all the information about their store, the confirmation number, and that they entered that my food was ready and in a location. They then said no that’s wrong and they had to print the ticket and start it. So they started making my food later than requested. Every time a customer came through the line they all helped that person instead. Besides that they were too busy laughing and talking to make the food. Oh they also got the order wrong and had to make it again. They finished making the food 13 minutes late without utensils. Also “pepper” is the most useless tool on the app. All it said was my order was completed and on time delivery with no issues. The steak is dry and inedible, Overcooked and must have been sitting out for a long time since it’s cold. Also I got white rice instead of brown, so the order is still wrong and half filled. I’ve never eaten an entire bowl, this time I did and have been left hungry.

One visit I’ll have a decent side burrito and the next visit my burrito is so small I feel like I’ve been cheated, both occasions I’m paying full price and I don’t feel that is fair. Employees barely adding protein to your order when you are paying for it is not ok. Moes has been more consistent so that’s where I’ve been going for the past couple months. I hate to leave a bad review but I hope this issue gets addressed and corrected so I can come back but for now I will not take the chance of wasting my money on a high priced small portion burrito. Picture is a burrito with chicken beans/rice, salsa, extra cheese.

Get to where I’m going food is extremely bland and watery. Decided to switch to chips and guacamole. Well went to dip the chip In the guacamole and hit something hard…. Thought it was another chip… I was wrong! See pic below. I’m disgusted. We have no idea what germs, bacteria and diseases we are eating. People to care more about what they are doing and DO IT RIGHT! Train and spot check regularly. SET AND STAND BY STANDARDS!!

UPDATE: 5/10/23 LETTUCE FOR ONLINE ORDERS ONLY!!! Cash only always. It’s not a system issue. I’ve been 3 times in the last few months. They never take card.

Made the mistake of coming here again for convenience sake. When I asked for lettuce, they told me they were out. When I was paying for my meal, I watched an employee take the lid off a container and add lettuce to an order. When I asked again if I could have lettuce, I was told it was for “online only.” I’m done with this location. That’s Ridiculous. I’m standing right here in front of you and the lettuce is right there.

I’d like to point out my wife has celiac disease and is highly allergic to gluten. I can’t place online orders because too many times I’ve had employees not change gloves and it’s made her ill. I’m severe cases it can cause seizures. So I literally CAN’T order online BECAUSE I have to be there in person to watch the order be made.

To top that off, when I ordered today I politely asked the employee to change her gloves before making my wife’s bowl, which she did. But she allows the gloves to drag across the stack of flour tortillas right in front of her when she was putting them on. I had to ask her to change them again, and she gave me an eye roll… ridiculously bad customer service. The employees here all act like they don’t want to be here, and the cashless thing makes me wonder if it’s because they’ve had so much trouble with their own employees stealing from them. Because they don’t seem to keen on working there.

Quesadillas online only. Wut.

I know they don’t make the rules, corporate does, but I’m leaving a negative review for this location because of this asinine policy in hopes it will incentivize the franchise owners to provide feedback to corporate and push pressure back up to the top.

It’s one thing to roll out an item as online only from the get go. Another entirely to take one off the menu that’s been on it and say it’s online only.

I understand this saves the company time as they take longer to cook on their presses. But it also means I have to order ahead which means by the time I get there, my item isn’t as fresh as just cooked. Either offer the item or don’t.

I was polite but all the worker could say was “it’s to incentivize people to order online” and I politely told her all its incentivizing me to do is not order quesadillas from chipotle.

It may seem petty or trite, but I live in a community with Amish neighbors who routinely eat out at local restaurants, including chains like this one. The fact that chipotle’s corporate is ok with some of their customer base having access to a different/less of a menu than the rest solely based on their religious beliefs in 21st century America is...

I am very angry at what happened with my order. I had a long work day and wanted to pick up some Chipotle after work. I pre ordered my food on the mobile app…ONE HOUR before I was going to go get my food. I show up a few minutes before it was supposed to be ready, I see the line is long and others are waiting for mobile orders. 10 min I had been waiting someone finally came up to me and asked what my name was for the order and I told them and they said it would be ready shortly. I then proceed to get a notification on my phone 5-10 min later that my order was ready. Mind you this is 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. I am still waiting and nothing is ready. Another 15 minutes go by and I am still waiting…people who walked in 20 min after me already being there get into the line for their food and received it before me AND ONLINE ORDERS WERE SHOWING UP AFTER ME AND GOT THEIR FOOD FIRST. I finally went back up to the counter and asked if my order was ready and they looked up my name….THE ORDER RECEIPT NEVER PRINTED. They told me they would reprint it and make me a new one. I then had to wait another 5-10 min and finally it was ready. I had waited over 25 minutes…They did not even ask if there was anything else they could do for me. I am very very disappointed. I am a very loyal customer to Chipotle, I get all the rewards and I am very supportive of the business…but this made me so angry. It is already way late and I did not want to eat this late at night. That is the WHOLE POINT of pre order and pick up…they are supposed to have the food ready before and it is the faster option. I would really like to be reimbursed or at least receive a gift card for the inconvenience. I don’t think I’ll be going to this...

Honestly I am just quite disappointed by this location. It use to be so good and so consistent but during the last 6 months to a year, the wheels have truly fallen off. I’m not sure if the owner just doesn’t care or if it’s a management issue but it’s gotten bad. The staff all seem to resent having to work. The take out orders seem to rarely be on time when you go to pick it up. They NEVER have salad dressing anymore. I went the other day during lunch after they had only been open for a few hours and they were already out of the salad dressing. And if salad dressing is limited, why is it being giving out to people who aren’t ordering salads? Literally they gave the last two dressings to someone before me who got burrito bowls. Also the chips at the end of the day seem to always be stale. Either make new chips or don’t sell them if they are stale. It’s gross to eat and greedy. Lastly, the food quality has gone down but that’s probably more of a corporate and brand issue than specific to this location. Was willing to look past that, but not with the rest of the issues.
