The technician cracked my cylinder head and broke the timing chain guide, radiator, fan shroud, and fender well. They didn't notify me of all the damage. They installed non-oem parts (radiator and signal switch) without permission or notification. They performed unauthorized repairs. The repair started as both exhaust manifold replacements and a signal switch replacement on March 6, 2021. They replaced my signal switch with an aftermarket part with no notification. They replaced one exhaust manifold and the other one was on backorder. The second exhaust manifold came on March 29th I couldn't get an appointment until April 8th. Soon after work began I was notified the technician cracked my cylinder head extracting an exhaust manifold bolt and I would be responsible for an additional $3000 to replace it. Then they said they'd pay for repair of the crack, no charge. Then they said they'd pay for half the cost to replace the head. Then after at least a week of back and forth they finally agreed to pay the entire cost to have the cylinder head replaced. Then the cylinder head was on backorder. When it came in they said work would start that day (April 22nd). I called on April 26th to see if it was ready and they said work hadn't even started yet. After I picked up my truck I saw they had broken my fan shroud and epoxied it together. They broke my radiator and used an aftermarket part and didn't say anything. My fender well is loose and missing fasteners. They never told me they broke the primary timing chain guide. They just snuck it in on the invoice under tech comments and didn't list a part number. They gave my truck back to me without saying a word about all the additional damage they did. Very dishonest. I would never trust them with my vehicle again.
In response to owner's reply...
I was a customer of Suresky's for years. Going all the way back to when Tony the service manager was Tony my service advisor. This was not a case of vehicles break it was a case of technician incompetence and a dealership that just doesn't care anymore. My truck is stock no aftermarket wiring...ever. Nice attempt by Suresky to try and shift the blame somewhere else though. The blame is with you. It's a shame because you used to be good. Your website states you only use Mopar parts but yet you installed aftermarket parts in my vehicle without permission. Your technicians damaged my vehicle and you let me leave the lot without saying a word. You used to be trustworthy. The fact that you spew lies instead of giving a genuine apology (not just say the words and then try to make excuses for what happened) shows the character and quality of your business.
My truck was serviced by Suresky since 2016. I never had a problem when the truck was in my husband's name. As soon as I brought the truck in under my name, that's when all the deceit and damage took place. I guess that just shows how you treat your female customers.
Before you, in my 13 years of ownership, the truck was maintained by another dealership where it was purchased and covered under warranty. So not my first experience with a dealership. The worst...
Read moreI knew purchasing my car went too easily. I bought a 2014 Jeep Patriot in April from this dealer. The price I got was great and so was my sales person, Tony, who no longer works there. Since then, it has been a complete nightmare. When I purchased my car, I was told they would handle everything- DMV and my insurance; they did neither. It took over three months for my registration to switch over to my new Jeep- which was a hold up on the dealers end, not DMV. Then, none of my warranties were showing up; this was because the dealership spelled my name wrong in the system so I had to contact JEEP directly in order to have it fixed. This brings me to my next inconvenience- my trunk was leaking water... the seals were not properly installed. At this point, I brought it to another dealer to have it fixed because I was pretty frustrated with Suresky. And it does not end here... My insurance company contacts me to tell me the Bill of Sale was never sent over to them and comp and collision coverage was removed off my vehicle....!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING!! How hard is it to follow through with a sale?? WHY so many hiccups? I now need to find some time to take my car to have pictures taken, but until then, my car is not fully covered. When I called the dealership to voice my frustration, Patty was the woman I spoke to. She was exceptionally rude and try to argue with me about who my sales person was and that he was still employed there. Turned out I was in fact right, and that the sales person I originally dealt with was no longer there, but also, that no one there would help me further. When I spoke to another gentleman, he was slightly less rude, but did not seem to care that I had received poor customer service from his staff. I was then promised by Sean that he would fax my bill of sale to my insurance company... which shockingly, was never done... again. I have been driving around with no coverage due to their lack of organization. Thank God I did not get into a car accident before becoming aware of this situation. I am a manager of a restaurant. I know how important online reviews and happy customers are. I would never slander a business unless I genuinely felt I was not treated properly. This dealership not only gave me poor service; they do not care that I am unhappy. Such bad business; it is a shame. I will NEVER come back here and I will advise everyone else not to...
Read moreONE STAR BECAUSE I WAS FORCED TO PUT IT!!! I am writing this review on behalf of my uncle, He purchased a BRAND NEW 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 with 19 miles on it in October of 2016. When he drove the truck on the highway for the first time (a week after purchasing it), he noticed the truck was shaking when he hit 65MPH. He made a phone call right away and brought it in as early as he could and was told "the tires had 75lbs of pressure in each tire and they rebalanced the tires", the guy took it out for a test drive and when he got back he said "you can still feel the shakiness, its a lot better, but its still there" The service rep told my uncle to drive the truck around and maybe it will straighten itself out. My uncle drove the truck and put over 1,000. miles on it and the shaking has not stopped! My uncle called numerous amount of times and no one has returned his phone call! He keeps getting the run around with the service department, When he spoke with the Service Manager in person, the service manager said he has to get with Christina (the service rep) and no one got back to him. After numerous phone calls being made to Suresky and no return calls back, my uncle called up on a Saturday and spoke with a different service manager and he told my uncle "I am here to help you, I will bring the truck in and take a look to see what is going on" my uncle told him how frustrated he was about constantly getting the run around and became frustrated and said to the manager " are you just trying to blow smoke up my a$$?" and the managers response was "IF THATS WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO" after this case, my uncle is being told because there are 10 ply tires on the truck and has heavy duty shocks that the truck is going to shake, if he wants the shaking to STOP, he has to PURCHASE NEW TIRES with a lesser ply!!! SO...my uncle goes to MAVIS to have them take a look at the truck, they take all FOUR tires off the truck and tell my uncle that ALL THE TIRES were NOT BALANCED PROPERLY!!! Mavis also notified my uncle that the shaking has NOTHING to do with the PLY on the tires or SHOCKS on the TRUCK! so intern....NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM SURESKY BECAUSE THEY WILL SELL YOU GARBAGE AND GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND WHEN YOU HAVE AN ISSUE!!! THEY ARE REFUSING TO FIX...
