Goshen pizza — Restaurant in Town of Goshen

I really do love Goshen Pizza. The tomato pie there is best in the county and get one every so often. However today I ran into two problems. I called in for a small tomato pie like I have many times in the past. I then received a return phone call and I was asked if I wanted a bruschetta pizza. I said no and repeated I wanted a tomato pie. When I arrived I told person behind the counter I ordered a small tomato pie. This man told me he had a small cheese pizza for me and not a tomato pie. He tried telling me the difference and I said I know the difference but I asked for a tomato pie. While he offered to make a tomato pie for me I didn’t want to wait 20 minutes for it. I’ve had their regular cheese pizza and it is typically good also. When I got home with the pizza, it was clearly undercooked. No crisp at all. This never happened before. Looking at review pictures before writing this each pizza clearly has a crisp, well done crust. Is this place under new management/ownership? Again, I truly love this place and have gotten food catered from here and recommend the place. I hope this experience I had today is a one off experience. I know this place...

Ordered from this pizzeria June 10th 2024 waited almost 2 hours for our food to be delivered after we were told 45 minutes ,we called and were told it was on its way,we called again because we didn’t receive our food and was told the same thing then was hung up on because we asked for our delivery charge back, by i think her name was Allison it was the worst customer service i mean the worst I’ve had after just moving to goshen, and we only moved here 3 weeks ago . We will never go back there again, i did wind up going to the pizzeria to speak with a boss or manager and i talked to the manager he was super respectful and nice gave our money back and apologized for the way she acted even while i was in the store i am a very nice person and i do not ever complain but the way we were treated was very uncalled for so take this good or bad but for as long as his employee works there we will not be back because no one should have to deal with that after they already payed with there card over the phone. I will say that I love coming here. Their pizza is delicious, and they have the best parking (only pizzeria with a parking lot in Goshen). All the employees are very kind, except there is one girl I have noticed that seems to be unpleasant and unhappy in her position. I go out of my way to be extra kind & smile to her but I can’t get her attitude to improve with that. But I see her attitude change to go above and beyond for others where she will actually smile and be more engaging. Not really fair to treat others better just because you know them more than others. I have only seen her here twice. Everyone should be treated equally, and I will say I’ve never caused a problem here. No complaints ever.
