Terribly understaffed. Only two people working there, and one was out of sight most of the time. Drive-thru and app orders heavily prioritized over customers placing orders at the counter. I waited for a few minutes, was looked at but ignored. A guy came in for an app order and was served immediately. Considered walking out.
The person was nice when she finally helped, but she needed help putting my order in the register. As someone who has actually worked at a BK, I don't understand how the standard for service has dropped this low. The staff is treating the job just like the company is treating them.
The final nail in the coffin was the soda machine. It's the only place I can find Surge. That was out, as well as almost a dozen other flavors including Coca-Cola. How do you let your restaurant run out of Coca-Cola? I don't think I've ever seen a place...
Read moreWent here with my family as a party of 3 on June 10th 2023 for a late lunch around 2-3. We were heading to a Goshen hotel for a wedding, so we were in the area. We had to decide what to order, after looking at the menu, we decided. I ordered the Impossible Burger, which is burger king's new plant based burger, with fries and a soda. My mom ordered the original chicken sandwich, and my dad ordered a whopper jr, and a BBQ whopper. We had take out. Cashier was very nice. Price wasn't bad either. We ate inside for this trip, and the dining room was clean. i like their soda machine where one can choose their own soda, but the touchscreen was a little non responsive... Food was good, we enjoyed their fries, as they taste less salty than mcdonalds, and i enjoyed their impossible burger! May stop again if we are ever...
Read moreCame by tonight 10/16/2020 and ordered 2 value fries, 8 piece nuggets and a frozen coke Witch one out of the four items were free due to the treat book that they have. The fries were good and the frozen coke, but the nuggets were a big disappointment, were cold and old. Have been sitting there for awhile, not appetizing whatsoever. I called the store and spoke to manager Bernices and I let her know the situation and she said "thank you for letting me know" but didn't offer replacement nor a refund for the inconvenience and nor did she apologize. Highly upset about this and not only that employee Rick wasn't wearing his mask correctly witch is a big no no because of this whole Covid-19 thing and could be a big fine to their company.
