Carlo’s Cucina Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Goshen

My Husband and I went to eat at Carlo's Cucina Restaurant on Friday, August 9, 2024. Which is our 16th year Anniversary of our wedding. It was our first time going there to eat but it definitely won't be our last. Everything was EXCELLENT from the decor of the Restaurant, The Staff and most importantly THE FOOD And DRINKS!!!! When we sat down and we're asked what we wanted to drink we both said " Jack & Cokes they were really good. My husband ordered Lasagna 😋 for his dinner, salad with Caesar 😋 dressing and Garlic bread He really enjoyed his Lasagna because it came with meat. He would order it again that's how much that he enjoyed it and the garlic bread. I ordered the Chicken Marsala, salad with honey mustard dressing garlic bread and I also substituted the Garlic Broccoli instead of having pasta with my meal everything was so 😋 I couldn't eat everything but I definitely will enjoy eating the leftovers!!!! My Chicken Marsala had 2 pieces of chicken with a lot of mushrooms sooo good. I really enjoyed my salad & the Garlic Broccoli 😋 also, the garlic bread. For dessert we shared the tiramisu EXCELLENT DESSERT to have for our Anniversary. I forgot to take a photo of the Tiramisu because both of us were so busy eating and sharing.Can't wait until we go again to eat!!!! Yes just like I said " my husband & I finished our leftovers on Saturday." That's how good the food...

We were in for dinner last night (our 5th time this month). Dinner was excellent as usual. The food is sooo good here and the service was great (Thank you Allison). The reason for the 4 star rating. I paid cash for dinner to save on the credit card fee. No coin change? There is no coin shortage so I don't understand? We went to the bar for an after dinner drink. I ordered an expresso martini (it's on the drink menu) the bartender explained that they didn't have fresh brewed espresso? My daughter ordered a cucumber martini. The glass was half full. The bartender claims "I am not a bartender, I'm not sure how to fill the glass" Again we paid cash and no coin change. I don't understand. We will be back because all of your food is soooo good! Just don't get the "no change" policy? I will carry coins with me...

Pizza was ok the pizza itself was just like really soft and flimsy, I had three slices the grandma square, the bbq chicken and a regular slice.

The regular slice was undercooked which made it flimsy, the BBQ chicken tasted like what I expected the cheese seemed like blah, like cheap really oily, Nothing great but it was ok.

Maybe I'll go back and check other slices I don't know but the grandma was flimsy as well.

I guess maybe some people like their pizza like that...I don't. It's a hit or miss up here this is the second spot as it's named "Carlos cucina 2". So I wonder what the pizza at the original place tastes like . I guess I'll go a bit earlier in the day maybe the pizza is fresher. But pizza didn't look that fresh this time around. Sorry I didn't get pictures this time around I'll get...
