My Experience: This was my first time visiting, and it turned out to be a great one. I came in looking for Final Fantasy cards without really knowing the pricing. A team member named Ben M. helped me out a lot seriously, he made the whole experience better. At first, I bought a single package, but minutes later I learned I could get an entire case — and save money doing it. Ben explained everything, and I was able to grab the case and still have enough left over to get even more cards. Because of that kind of honesty and helpfulness, this is now my #1 go-to spot unless it ever starts feeling like one of those money-hungry shops around town, which this definitely didn’t. I’ve already told friends about it, and some of them came in and picked up cards and a case too. Thanks again, Ben M— you earned a repeat customer. I absolutely recommend this place.

So, this is just a shame honestly with how this store is. Going to go over the multiple chances I gave this store.

-The first thing that got me the most is when I tried to get a few cards for my deck. I knew the card was going to be $10. But, they said it was $20 each. When I went to Frost Giant, they quoted me $10, and Gnome the same. Felt really ripped off, and didn't buy singles there after that.

-I was looking to getting a deckbox for my Magic Commander deck, but it was too big to fit in any deckbox except a few known ones. The deck is double sleeved in Dragon Shield sealables and DS art matte sleeves. But, I also have a bunch of tokens for it. The guy there said, "We could try to see if it fits in this one if you had it." My brother had his Commander deck in the car, and went to grab it. The same guy then said, "The packaging is very difficult to open without destroying the box, so we can't offer to see if it fits." So, why did you offer it? Also, if I buy a box too small, I can't return it for one that's better, I have to buy another box, and eat the cost. What kind of service is that?

-Another issue I have is when I was getting Digimon singles. The guy that helped me was complaining the entire time saying things like, "I don't know this game at all, this isn't my game." Then, why not get someone that does? I wouldn't be upset at all if he said, "I'm not familiar with this game, let me get someone that does." That'll be better than complaining the entire time.

Honestly, not including the questionable people that hangout at the shop, there's a reason as to why Frost Giant and Gnome are the best in town, more so Frost Giant if you want to keep it in TCG and not board games. So, no, I don't recommend anybody shops here, even if you can afford their own...

So I am an Out-of-Towner and spent over $200 at the store. I mainly focused on pokemon cards. But did see small section of other cards. MTG.

Price: Fair-ish to High Saw most cards were sold $1-$5 above market rates. Saw few cards $1-$5 below market rates. Saw

I will start by saying the store has a great selection. Unfortunately most of the items are market priced. I have driven 2 hours multiple times because they have good bulk rates on Pokémon cards. However, lately there have been multiple issues. The last time, I used my store credit to preorder a case of booster boxes. They never shipped it. I had to call after 2 weeks of waiting and they claimed the order was lost in their system. They finally shipped it after my complaint. This past visit, I brought in another order of bulk. They informed me that I would have to wait for my order to be processed to receive credit for the order. This is something that was never the case on any of my multiple other visits. Had I known this, I would have never made the 2 hour drive. Bulk cards should be easy to quickly add up, as all you have to do is count the number of cards. So, now I will have to drive all the way back, paying a good amount in gas money, and now pay for shipping on any order I will make. For these reasons, this will be my last trip to this store.

Updated review: Decided to give them another shot. Made sure to call ahead of time. They were able to process my bulk order the same day. The staff was super accommodating...
