Hello, let me start of with TAO being resonably priced. We had a 90 min. foot reflexology massage. They added in the beginning of my massage with a head,shoulder, arms, hands all while your feet soak in water.

The couches/chair you lay on are so comfortable, and they have a remote control to lift the back up or lay it flat. The room is beautiful and very private with a door and there is three chairs inside so my spouse and I were together. (We have been to a few places were you’re lined up in a room with complete strangers).

The manager was my Masseus. I forgot her name, she is sooo sweet and ready too serve you with chinese tea, water bottle or coffee! (All free) She’s such a sweet women and has really strong hands(which I prefer with deep tissue on the feet).

Last minute late at night I was scouring the internet trying to find a next day massage and that's what led me here, and I'm very happy about it. I have been getting a weekly massage at Tao Best Spa in Clifton Park in the HealthPlex building for a year and a half. It is really helping me with my arthritis pain. The Chinese girls are all very good and use the pressure that is best for you. Nina is the technician that I see the most but all seem to be very good. Their English is not that good but they all use phones with translation programs so that more involved conversations can be handled that way.
