Save A Lot — Attraction in Town of Hamburg

Certain employees are very nice and can be very helpful when customers need help finding items or even with carrying groceries for some of the elderly , very dedicated to their jobs. But also on the other hand there's also some very NOT nice employees. I just recently had to take my leave as an employee for this location. I had felt extremely uncomfortable and upset about a comment from a co-worker especially as i was cashing out a customer, when the coworker could have been more professional and asked me to talk privately instead of making me feel horrible telling me i had to clock out and leave early and followed by the comments that i dont wish to repeat, and not only that as i was trying to leave another worker followed me out of the store and through the parking lot threating me to fist fight.. if this is how the employees are acting during a normal work day, then i have no problem looking for work elsewhere, i dont believe anybody should be treated in such a manner. As to why i am giving this 1 starred reveiw.. wonderful store, just some disrespectful team...

customer service at this place is incredible low almost all the cashiers and also the manger are constantly on their cell phones. The Manager gives you dirty looks while you shop. The whole serve the customer thing here is totally backwards. I won't ever go in there again I'll take my money down the street. It's like let me pay you for goods which in turn pay for your salary and have your give me the stank eye while I check out. I also love waiting in line for the manager to get done gossiping with the employees and or fiends before she check my items out. Sorry to inconvenience you while you "working" dear young full of your manager. But its your job to serve me not the other way around. When you shop here be prepared to get dirty looks and be fully embraced by the condescending attitude from their employees and mostly the horribly rude manager that is half your age. It almost Unbelievable how unprofessional...

I live in the Town of Hamburg for years!Ive been to this store many times good prices but employees in my experience are NOT FRIENDLY!I was just there on 7/3/2023 at 340PM and one lane open the elderly lady "Elaine" my receipt read, Is consistantly unfriendly!!,I said "Hi" and "Thank you!" With no reply a sourpuss! she was ignoring me while talking to a co workworker,she is usually there during the day,even the guys could be a bit friendlier, its because of us they have a job!,they need more outgoing employees in there,even lately the shelves getting bare,not stocked .not good!Was there on 2/10/24 and overheard the manager tell the cashier to be unfriendly ring them up and get them out! as he isnt friendly either!Sad,Get a new manager and business will pick up and hopefully shopping will be a...
