Verizon — Attraction in Town of Hamburg

I will never do business with this store.Account owners beware staff does not care and will allow your child to get a new phone without permission of the account owner. I had concerns and I am still waiting for a call from general manager. I did complain due to the bill I received and asked why they would upgrade a phone without account owners permission? What happened was FRAUD! Nothing was done, I never received a phone call. This is not the first time I have heard this happened at this store. I complained pretty much got laughed in my face. The men that work there could have cared less. It is all about making a sale. I will be contacting Verizon administration and filing a complaint. This Verizon authorized retailer gave me a SIM card that I could use to activate my new phone myself online after the corporate store refused to.

The lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely friendly, and she went out of her way to not only find a SIM card to give me, but put my name on it so that way I could pick it up when I came in.

When I walked into the store, I was immediately greeted by friendly faces and even though they were ALL busy assisting customers in the store, she had no problem letting me grab the SIM card really quick so I could be on my way.

I can't recommend this Verizon store enough; and after my experience, I will only go here for now on if I need assistance with anything or need help buying a new phone or adding a new line to my account. Thank you,...

Was shopping in the area with a friend; and, decided it was time to get my S21 screen protector replaced. I don't know how or why it was scratched up , but IT WAS! And, it was getting more difficult to read 'any info' on my phone clearly. I entered the bright, clean Verizon business on S. Park Ave., Hamburg as a walk in; and, was greeted by a friendly employee, Tom. I explained my issue and was instantly assured that 'they' could assist me; and, that I had options. Tom was very professional, understanding and willing to help me with my cell phone issue. Thank you for making my visit to you store , so 'painless"!
