We placed 3 separate orders for my father in laws funeral. 1 in person and 2 via phone. The level of customer service was spectacular. Very attentive and kind. I felt that the representative took their time and dedicated her time to my orders. I was NOT crazy about the floral Arrangements when they arrived at the funeral home. The white flowers didnt smell or look fresh. My family and I spent $800 on flowers that weren’t up to our standards. It was a time of grief and we didnt have the time to call and complain. But I would definitely not order any white or sprayed floral arrangements from this establishment. The red roses bouquet was the nicest full Looking arrangement. My daughter was disappointed in her grandfathers wreath she ordered for him. It could've just been a bad batch of white flowers and we just happen to get those.
