Two fantastic experiences in a row! Our first experience was as guests. We attended another birthday party and were wowed and impressed by everything they offered. Face paint, music, balloon animals, a magic show led by two very kind, very friendly, very energetic entertainers! My daughter, just a month shy of her 4th period turned around and said, “THIS IS WHAT I WANT!” I contacted the company to organize and each time I spoke with them they were thoughtful, knew who I was, knew what I was looking for, it was very clear they were set out to provide a full package service. The morning of our party, Maeve, one of our entertainers texted to coordinate where they should park and confirm what they would need (a table, an outlet, etc.) I appreciated that they let me know ahead of time but also the morning of the party to remind me! They arrived early to set up and immediately engaged my 4 year old and her little sister. She was immediately at ease with them and excited for the party. She got to help them, got to see the live bunny (shhhh he’s part of the magic show!), for her face painted and set the party vibe! Devin was phenomenal. He was energetic, fun, and clearly enjoys this line of work. Maeve got to work painting faces while guests arrived. They worked so nicely as a team, they communicated with other another and my husband and I really sat back and enjoyed with our families. We didn’t have to do a thing! We would absolutely use them again!!! All the children had a wonderful time, they played limbo, cha cha slide, bubbles and music. They made cotton candy, did their magic show, painted faces and made balloon animals. I have used this company 3 times. The 1st two times were great. Apparently the company was taken over by somebody else and they changed things like claiming you get a rabbit show, tattoos and bubble show. We got one of the clowns blow bubbles out of a wand no rabbit show or tattoos were offered. When i asked the guy at the end he said they stopped the rabbit show. But i showed them the area in the contract which says its included. He said call and complain. So i did and no one talks to you. You have to get a ticket and someone messages the ticket back on their website. The worst part was the character. The picture did not match the character that came. It was a joke. Everyone at the party laughed because they couldn’t believe I paid about 400$ and tip for an hour and the Batman character was terrible . My kid loves Batman and was so weirded out by him because the costume looked so cheap and didn’t fit him. Also the mask was a rubber bottom face that didn’t move. I saw better costumes this year at walmart. And my child kept asking why his mouth would not move. I told the company of this and sent pictures to their ticket center. They offered me 40$ back so technically the characters tips. I told them i will not be going with them next year. But no one seemed to care. Also the one clown was rude i asked can i have another balloon animal please the little girl at my party hers just broke. And he goes “I dunno can you.” Just felt rude. And he went into my garage with out my permission and let my two big dogs out and even though they are sweet some kids are afraid of Dogs. Not the experience i was expecting. THE WORST COMPANY EVER! I had high hopes because my family booked through them in the past. We booked them for son's Birthday party. They arrived late to the venue and had to perform everything while dinner was being served, took about 15-20 minutes to set up and rushed everything into 30 minutes. We paid for 1 hour of service and paid extra for an additional character. There was not enough time to serve cake or coffee because we went over on our venue rental. So a quick Birthday song and we packed everyone cake to go. Woody looked like his face was lopsided and poor Buzz walked in with his costume too small. Looked like he literally flew through space for his late arrival. His belly and back was showing, the pants kept falling so he kept picking it up. My guests were laughing hysterically wondering what knock off site we booked them through. The clown/woman in charge was apologetic, however seemed frustrated as well that the company booking the parties is the reason to blame and encouraged us to call and complain. However, nobody seems to be picking up our phone calls anymore and completely ignoring us. It is a shame and we will never book with them again and will tell all our family and friends not to either. I wish we had a better experience like everyone else who left good reviews but unfortunately, we didn't.
