First and Last time !!!! I came in wanting a pedicure and waited patiently for an hour .I understand itās the holidays I donāt mind waiting. I start to look for colors all the colors are bad , so I asked the owner if they had nude color behind the counter and he told me yes. So when itās my turn the employee asked me what color and I told him to get me nude behind the counter because the owner told me they had . And heās looking at me like Iām crazy saying they donāt have it and Iām like what do you mean he told me you guys had it . So he gets it from the back in the counter , I sit down . The employee is super rude tossing my foot hard and putting a lot of force , and I told him to be more gentle ! I got very upset , he got up and left me there and the owner doesnāt even acknowledge me . So i said Iām just going to be left here unattended and the owner answers rudely wait there . I was so upset I asked for a towel to dry my feet because I was just left in the water and I Left !!!! Ā Ā Ā Read morePlease be advised this place is cash only!!! It was my first time there and I didnāt know that. My basic pedicure without polish came to $25, my usual place charges $18 and I usually leave a $5 tip so I only had $23 on me. I pulled out my card and thatās when I found out they were cash only. I was able to find three more dollars (I donāt usually carry cash) but I had to purchase something from the nearby Walgreens in order to get cash back so I could leave a tip š. The young woman who worked on me did a decent job. She wasnāt chatty which I liked but I didnāt get a foot massage and she didnāt apply any moisturizer. I must say it was 30 minutes before closing however I did call before I went in. The place looked fairly clean but they didnāt use the disposable tub liners. I had an okay experience, Iād probably go back for a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to this place of business for a mani and pedi because it was closer than my usual place. This turned out to be the worst mistake for me. First they did not take the time to fully soak off the gel from my fingers and used the electric file and left my nail beds practically nonexistent. The pedicure was even worse. I didnāt even want nail polish after the quick job that still left my smallest toe with the old paint still intact. The nail tech did not even to bother to check to see if I needed a foot file, let alone a soak. Letās face it ladies we go get pedicures so we can have smooth feet for at least a few days. This one left my feet rougher than when I walked in because the grater used created raised ridges. Hard lesson learned for a spot of convenience. Iāll stick to Nail...
