Five Below — Attraction in Town of Hempstead

My experience was horrible here. for starters There was a “glittery body oil” and it was a try me. I did one pump and it was so oily and it took so long to get off my hand. and it wasn’t even sparkly, and that’s not even it. the costumer serves there was also horrible. i asked for help and no one even helped. and what’s the point of self check out if they still have to help check you out??? it’s just a waist of money on your part, like you could have just kept your old registers. And what’s the point of naming it five and bellow if there is more stuff that is more then 5 dollars then the stuff that is less then 5 dollars. also the phone cases and the screen protector is just horrible. i’ve had the case and screen protector for only 2 weekes and it looks like i’ve had them for 3 years. you would think that’s it but there is actually way more things i have to say but i won’t because i have a life. i have given this store more then one try but it yet disappoints me. i will not be going back again and you are luck i am even giving this a star. you have just lost a frequent buyer...

Racist place sadly I have shopped here for years . I went yesterday July 31 in the night time . There was an older white lady with curly hair helping at the register . I have never seen a lady so annoying as her . At first I thought she was trying to help but she was just trying to be nosey watching every move asking questions . I did do 2 separate orders for my cousin and me and she asked oh do u need help paying for the candy I said no ! Then when I walk out she was like oh the candy wasn’t on your receipt. I said first off I paid it in my first transaction . I was going to flip out but she is lucky I was with my daughter . Every white person there she wasn’t on top of. But since I was Hispanic she was . Next time I won’t stay shut . There’s no reason why if I have to scan my own crap why a worker should be over my shoulder and then telling me I didn’t pay for something I...

EXTREMELY RUDE!! I watched them yell at a customer (who put a mask on when asked, even tho you didn’t have to wear one, others weren’t) then the worker who was identified as a young female (she has very sassy mouth) continued to be rude to the customer even tho they instantly listened. She would not stop yelling at them from across the whole store causing a seen! Where in your workers hand book does it tell you to treat customers this way?!? It was horrible. RUDE WORKERS I regret not calling corporate it was DISGUSTING to watch them treat someone who was buying a lot that way and they replied instantly. (Once again others were not wearing a mask) Thankfully the customer put everything back and left. It was about $100 worth of stuff. I will be going back to find out their name and call corporate because this is not okay and something actions need to be taken...
